Alan I know. We live in strange times. The level of Trolls on here, Tullow and GGP just to mention a few. I put another four on ignore this morning.But I ask, is it surprising when you see people gathering when asked not to. Then I hear on the tv about people deliberately coughing and spitting at police officers then a girl chasing someone whilst coughing at them in order to give her mate a laugh. Society is in a very poor state.Zoo

JPP, I spoke to RG ages ago about a buy out / bid being made. Because of where GFM are registered the 29/30 percent rule does not apply. However that doesn't mean a bid can't be made, and given the share price it could be a low bid at that. Zoo

So Udain (or whatever his name is)now has over 19%, OK he has always had a lot. I wonder if we are getting close to a low ball takeover bid? I doubt they ever thought they'd see this price ever again. so even if he is only buying a little, it'll still be more profit.

Thoughts?

Zoo or Sage, you did worry me when you brought up the idea of having bank accounts sequestered to pay for all of this. That would be a step too far, but we are taking quite a few steps that were previously considered too far....

Alan, no it was just a trade because you and Sage had been talking about it so I've been watching it and saw how it moves. Just a little punt nothing more. I suspect there will be more Troll activity on GGP and here as there is the lockdown. Zoo

Alan, looks like the markets are responding to the firm action taken, lets hope its not short lived? I also bought some Tallow yesterday only a few grand using part of the profit from GGP last outing. Then had another punt on GGP, I love that share for trading. I think for Tallow given oil is going up the shorter's may run for the hills. Maybe Sage has a view? Zoo

Up , looks like a mixture of good and bad news , am waiting for boris to make further announcements at 8 30 ,3 of my friends have had texts from there doctors to say they have to stay in for twelve weeks ,and are only able to open one window , I’m expecting mine at any time ,I’ve survived the market quite well today except for legal and gen , something funny happened this morning , I know my wife did have deliveries from Waitrose before she had the stroke ,and I wondered if the account was still open , I waited an hour on the phone when somebody answered she checked the details and said yes it was still open so I asked her to change it into my name so I could get deliveries with that she said she wasn’t allowed to because of data protection , so they have a dead persons account still open that cannot be used and I can’t register because they are full , the world has gone mad ,good luck up , and keep smiling ,

Daughter is very much ok, sign of the times but she ordered her last McDonald's today on their app before it shut down. My wife on the other hand has the virus and is holding her own but if her breathing gets any worse then it's hospital. I'm signed off until middle of April then if better working from home. Very uncertain times ahead I am not sure we will like what is coming as individuals and as a country.
