Just received my order of glucosamine
and chondroitin tablets from Amazon,
365 day's supply for £17.50 delivered.
That's 500 milligrams of glucosamine
and 400 of chondroitin per tablet. I
have MSM powder that I take separately.
If you have joint pain, I recommend
that you try these three. They help
your body rebuild cartilage and
lubricate.

Last time I was in Morrison's, the
panic buyers had stripped the shelves
of orange marmalade and cat litter,
so I bought a jar of Morrison's lime
marmalade. Turns out the wife likes
that better than the other kind, so
we will be getting that one from now
on. The cat is on it's own.

Lidl seafood sticks are good too. They
are made to look and taste like crab
meat but are mostly made of fish. They
cost 75 pence for 250 grams, ready to
eat. Excellent with Marie Rose sauce.

I have about five different coffee makers,
not counting the filter pots and hour-glass
vacuum brewers, but I prefer the rich roast
instant from Lidl. 200 gram jar for £1.39.

Yeah, I don't pay for ADVFN. Don't see any
reason to, as you can get up-to-the-moment
prices without paying £20 a month if you
know how. Most days, anyway. If I really
want a hard quote I have a couple of online
brokers for that.

Sage good point. I have yet to see? anything of any value by either? of the two protagonists. Granted yesterday there was a screen print that was lifted from Protons post on GGP given said person posted here this morning and clearly stated it doesn't have a platform to monitor steaming. Granted a lot don't. As you say when there is something to say about GFM then it will be said.Stay safe.Zoo

Phillis, In case you hadn't noticed we all decided what to do about GFM months ago. Those who followed have saved themselves a lot of money. The conversation will turn back to GFM when there is anything to discuss. In the meantime good to share views with fellow investors about other opportunities. Especially when you know that those people call it as they see it and are genuine. You may not agree with their views but genuine honest views from seasoned investors have value.

Sage & Alan, I want to thank you for the discussion on Tullow having traded it and £2900 for the better. So thank you. I think the board is here for discussion and support. There are some in these dark times like to know they can have a chat but there are some who wish to mock. Those people are not worth the time.Alan RE the market, I think there are three things at play, shorters closing, profit taking after yesterdays lift and the DOW coming on line. There is a lot of fear around and in fairness I'm not too happy holding over night at the moment but each to their own. Remember guys we buy and sell in order to make money not to give it away.As Sage said yesterday when there is a vaccine then we will fly.Zoo

Alan, We were not "on a roll". We had a reaction to fed stimulus. However, all that does is cushion the blow. The magnitude of the blow is uncertain with the USA yet to really get started on closing down its economy. We need medical news to change the situation. The consumer is sitting on their hands. They are not moving around and consuming oil, entertainment and normal products. Until they do business results will be dire.

Phillis, I am not sure what you are expecting from a BB but actually there has been some good stuff posted here in addition to the usual chat. Try reading some other boards if you want to see some real drivel!

V. Try using the app on your phone . I use it when I'm out and about and can't use my streaming account that I have if the signal is poor. This may also be because the broadband is beng pushed hard with so many people using it.I was lucky this morning I went to sell Tullow Oil and it froze when it sorted its self out the price had gone up. Just need to get it to do it when buying so I can get a better price.Keep safeZoo

Vauch- I load my portfolio page summary,
which is 15 minutes delayed, then click
on the streaming button, then quickly click
the refresh button on the browser twice (the
second click stops it refreshing). This
freezes my portfolio on up to the moment
prices and it doesn't time out. However,
as you note the timeout is so quick today
that I can't perform the trick in time to
freeze the screen.

Hi all

Nice to see the BB has return to serious chit chat, the bickering became mind numbing at one point, glad i managed to get out when i did. Markets are in a bit of a mess, government bailing out share holders over last couple of days, not sure how long it will last maybe tail off a little today or tomorrow (robbing the poor to pay the rich). Its strange, one of the reasons i bought into Griffin in the first place was because of the power of Zinc it kills all known viruses fast. You guys all need to take care cash isnt everything even though it is King at the minute. Would i buy back into Griffin ??? well we shall see in a month or two. GLA ... Great weather we are having.
