Alan. I have noticed when their is a lot of movement in stocks the free part of ADVFN monitor closes before it has fully opened

Morning zoo/up/sage,Advfn is awful this morning everything looks up at the moment ,including re neuron which is top of the leader board , everybody bailed out of TW yesterday at about 107 ,it’s now 125 as I have said many times expect the unexpected ! Off out soon for my walk ,looks very quiet on the seafront this morning ,good luck with your investments ,

UP, on the oil side at some point they will stop squabbling and reduce output and push the price up. From their point of view better to produce less and get the same amount of cash. At that point we pay more. Not that we are driving anywhere in the main.Zoo

On the Tullow BB they are saying that there are some new Shorting Laws that have come into force. At the moment it is just Spain and Italy. Personally I think it should be outlawed, there are some that say it tests the company. I've never agreed that is the case.Zoo

Alan, I work in Financial services and thus deal with L&G day to day. Good company, won’t go bust. If you acquire for the long term should be fine. Could you buy cheaper? Who knows

So what should we do up sell on this bounce I have masses of legal and gen but they are all in ISAs and tessa’s and TW is my this years isa ,i am over a pound a share down on TW and ninety pence a share down on l gen ,I could switch into other companies but I have had a disaster lately switching from Nat grid into hsbc into l gen ,which has resulted in me being many many thousands of pounds down ,

Hi Alan, today I am keen on cash! On any hint of a medical breakthrough fill your boots with shares, good quality stocks. World index tracker which is circa 70% US focused. No need to game on Aim because blue chips can multi bag.

More of a bounce, things are about to get a lot worse. Remember that most of the population will need to contract this virus at some point. Massive reductions in fuel usage in the UK are ahead let alone the America's. Oil demand to fall even further and the dire concequences will follow. The domino effect is to come....

Strong rally today on fed stimulus. But this is a medical problem the stimulus merely cushions the blow. In the absence of medical breakthroughs governments will need to get tougher, including the USA. Happy to have a rally may be an opportunity to sell some recently bought holdings at a profit. In a bear market there are always rallies. GLA

Up, I have a gardener in London and he is a one man band ,he is always fully booked ,I’ve known him for years ,he has contacted me because he doesn’t know whether he is allowed to carry on working ,I have tried to look into this but talk about a grey area ,I’ve no idea whether it is a yes or know ,
