CD, I think your response takes care of that idiot comment, in the main they're ignored these days. Pleased to see you got back safely. So many scum coming out of the woodwork. Hoarders, a guy selling fake testing kits then these idiots going to the beaches on mass. I was also told this afternoon at the airfield that a local cashier was punched in the face over a packet of toilet rolls yesterday. The person was arrested and charged with Common Assault that's worth at least a year inside. A friend is a judge he would put them down for that I know especially given what's going on at the moment. I can see restricted movement being thrust upon us very shortly, maybe as soon as next week. I was thinking about when to put the boat back in the water but if movement is restricted I think I would be happier with the boat in the yard.Zoo

Thanks for asking Zoo. I'm getting over the virus but have a niggling problem with my heart so have a couple of tests booked in. My wife is hopefully turning the corner but had a xray on her lungs on Thursday with results on Monday. Richard Branson is beyond belief as is Stellios.

CD, the more they make the more they want. I think Virgin was a stakeholder in Flybe, they helped out there a lot. Not...You ok?Zoo

Talking about Airline Bosses The person IMO who has come out of this crises with 0/100 must be Richard Branson reportly worth over 4 Billion £ all he does is go to the government with his begging bowl also no sign of him offering to help deserving causes also no doubt holed up in his haven in the Caribbean
I will now cease my Virgin Mobile Contract And tear up my Virgin Airline Frequent Flyer
Card he is a absolute disgrace

UP, does seem odd that a company can pay a dividend then ask for help. How are you guys doing?Zoo

I see Stellios had a massive chunk from his Easy Jet shares. In the current circumstances dividend payments should not be made. Especially if staff are being sacked and companies then ask for assistance.

Alan, these are strange times indeed. People or should I say scum are still stock buying. I had to smile at a suggestion made in the pub last night at our last pint sitting. That being if you know people who are stock piling they should be named and shamed on social media. I don't agree with it because of the ramifications things like that lead to, but it shows the anger people are having towards these people. I heard this morning from a friend that their son who is on leave from the army has been called back to barracks. Its good to see things are being put in place. Zoo

The last 10 years of austerity would now appear to be a dress rehearsal for the next 25 years of life in the UK.

A very succinct view.
Next week may well see a blood bath never seen before in our generation.
Human behaviour tested to the limits. My issue is that this generation have nothing to compare it with.

So the deal is you must get down to the best restaurant in town that will have to get rid of all their premium steaks. Make them an offer.. 50% off for starters (no pun intended) goes without saying you want the table in the corner!
