24/10/2018 08:45 | Zinc up, stockpiles down, and still the SP drops. How long does that have to go on before "the helpful one" admits that other factors play a role in Griffin's fortunes? | rose_by_another_name
24/10/2018 07:59 | Sage will never find it helpful for someone to disagree with him. | rose_by_another_name
24/10/2018 02:39 | Sage, Buy a dairy cow and get a life...... | up just a little bit
24/10/2018 02:38 | Sage, Your entry and exit points are retrospective so give it a rest and stop slagging off ROSE. we are getting sick of your petty comments and after event buy in prices. SXX...... | up just a little bit
23/10/2018 21:51 | You could try discussing Aviva in the Aviva thread, SXX in the SXX thread and UKOG in the UKOG thread and when there is something to discuss about GFM try the GFM thread. That's how it works on ADVFN. | slopsjon2
23/10/2018 21:42 | Roddie, ok say something new and meaningful about GFM?! Surely if this board is to be of any use whatsoever we need to swap ideas when things are quiet. I guess I make an assumption that only someone with a negative IQ invests in only one stock especially if the stock is on AIM. So given that a diversified portfolio has a minimum of 20 stocks GFM should be a max of 5% of a posters interest. | sageman
23/10/2018 21:23 | "Any thoughts ?" Please don`t discuss Aviva here. | roddiemac2
23/10/2018 21:11 | Interesting that we have consensus regarding GFM! In terms of SXX well I got in at 23.2 so no worries and actually you only make or lose money when you sell, so all good. I saw that someone mentioned the cows. Important at the time I am led to believe but not now. In terms of Rose , well if anyone has managed to find a single helpful comment then fine. The funny thing is I dislike Trump. It is Rose that wants him to run our country - check the posts. In terms of looking at diversification am also looking at Aviva. Off circa 25% with a good dividend - not made a decision yet. Any thoughts? Would be good to get constructive input whilst the current information vacuum persists here at GFM. | sageman
23/10/2018 20:29 | I grew up with no tv no phones and yet I used to take money to the bank and buy shares, and they would write out the certificate while I waited, then we had the royal wedding and we crammed into a house down the road the only TV set in the street,I only learned the computer three years ago when my wife who was completely computer literate had a massive stroke,I can tell you I had to learn pretty quickly ,I have Been very lucky to have made a lot of money over the years but now I don't have a single relative left alive, suddenly money is meaningless ,there is nothing left I want to do,I do have a lot of laughs with friends so it's not all bad,I had fifty years with the wife which was brilliant,my advice is enjoy life while you can,you won't find living on the computer, good luck, | alangrifbang
23/10/2018 19:58 | What young posters? | phillis
23/10/2018 19:35 | Those were the days - you could actually find something worth watching as opposed to 200 channels of rubbish. | podgyted
23/10/2018 18:29 | Thought there might have been some folk here who are interested in the diverse world we find ourselves in and are curious as to where the future lies. For me it started with David Attenborough with his original programming in "The world about us". For some of the younger posters that's when we had 4 TV channels and BBC2 was only on from 6 in the evening and it all finished by midnight. | up just a little bit
23/10/2018 18:19 | Alan, It's interesting that you prefer to deal with people who speak English but in the world we live in and with the click of a button of tap on a keyboard you have the world at your fingertips. Dont underestimate a little humour and leg pull of sage as he really needs to sit back from time to time and realise that his arrogance and self styled guru status are in fact a figment of his imagination. | up just a little bit
23/10/2018 17:17 | If you are young it maybe funny ,but I'm 80years old and prefer to speak to people who talk English, sorry | alangrifbang
23/10/2018 16:23 | If your mobile can't handle it then use a laptop or desktop and cut and paste in Google translate. It's called humour. | up just a little bit
23/10/2018 16:05 | What on earth is all this twaddle about!! | alangrifbang

23/10/2018 14:40 | Sage, As per your comments on keeping the Chinese guessing with regard to good news I suppose they know nothing about the performance of the mine and never have done. My guess is that they are totally distracted by the herd of cows that GFM have bought. | up just a little bit
23/10/2018 14:31 | LME Zinc 171250 | up just a little bit
23/10/2018 14:29 | It would appear Granny is making a loss on SXX | up just a little bit
23/10/2018 10:07 | what has Granny been up to now? An investment adviser dispensing quality advice? An oxymoron surely | phillis |
