23/10/2018 14:58 | 我的 | up just a little bit
23/10/2018 14:40 | Sage, As per your comments on keeping the Chinese guessing with regard to good news I suppose they know nothing about the performance of the mine and never have done. My guess is that they are totally distracted by the herd of cows that GFM have bought. | up just a little bit
23/10/2018 14:31 | LME Zinc 171250 | up just a little bit
23/10/2018 14:29 | It would appear Granny is making a loss on SXX | up just a little bit
23/10/2018 10:07 | what has Granny been up to now? An investment adviser dispensing quality advice? An oxymoron surely | phillis
23/10/2018 07:52 | Market insider shows zinc up 18 at 2714 ,seems to be holding ok,I wish Griffins price was holding !! | alangrifbang
23/10/2018 04:20 | Sage your post 573.Looks like you have been lining them up at the bar. | up just a little bit
22/10/2018 23:56 | Jppp- Disagree with sage and he will think up a disparaging nickname for you, like his hero Trump does for all his rivals. Neither seems to realize that the one who's credibility suffers from such ad hominem attacks is the attacker. Oh, and be as wary of me as you like. I don't give stock tips or advice. It seems to me to be a bad idea. | rose_by_another_name
22/10/2018 23:48 | As far as I'm concerned Rose continues to make valid points. If you want to promote UKOG go onto that thread. I do not visit here for investment advice and never will - make my own decisions. You're still extremely arrogant Sage - chill out. | podgyted
22/10/2018 23:13 | That was one P too many | slopsjon2
22/10/2018 22:04 | JPPPP, Forgot to mention be wary of Rose aka the clueless one. This person has no concept of trends or investment principles. One of the most unhelpful people you will ever have to tolerate. Very plausible but full of the brown stuff and of no value to anyone’s wallet. Sadly, a few people here have yet to work it out. | sageman
22/10/2018 20:07 | Hi Jppp, zinc warehouse stocks falling here which is good otherwise GFM = nil to report. In terms of UKOG SOLO are forced sellers due to Tanzania commitments. It takes them circa 10 days to sell 60m and at last RNS they held 162m. Not sure how many they will keep (possibly 50m , just a guess) so selling in to November. I hold both Angus and UKOG but suggested UKOG here because SOLO has stopped UKOG rising and the selling keeps the Sp down whilst people research - let’s face it only a fool invests on the back of these boards. They are good for a heads up but proper takes time. Lastly back to GFM my view is that the lack of news here is a tactic used by management ( the Chinese can read an RNS too and there is much to negotiate). Accepting that lack of news is a tactic makes it easier to stomach what is otherwise consistently dreadful communication. | sageman
22/10/2018 16:09 | LME zinc stock is at 173050!!! | up just a little bit
22/10/2018 15:12 | Once again POZ and share price seem inversely related. | rose_by_another_name
22/10/2018 10:54 | UKOG interesting Sage, out of interest, do you also like Angus, or just the Solo sales holding down UKOG. Why are Solo selling, I didn't find the reason. Tempted to buy a few of both... Thanks. SL | jppp
22/10/2018 08:36 | LME stockpiles have dropped through the 180,000 level on a near vertical trajectory, but why is the price of silver down 10% in one tick? edit- Apparently the KitCo 16 dollar+ silver price was some kind of overnight chart error. It doesn't show on other sites. | rose_by_another_name
20/10/2018 10:21 | Sageman, I'm sure there are plenty of shareholding lurkers (like me) still looking at the board. I don't add much as most of the obvious debating points have been done to death. The basics affecting this mining business are the bog standard ones that affects most; the exception here is that it operates in China with all the (social/cultural etc)differences that it throws up. Just as Alan gives a quick update on some fundamentals most mornings, please keep informing when there is relevant news. nb Blimey, Hectorp is a name from the past - have I been holding GFM that long? | ewads
20/10/2018 10:19 | Keep spinning that broken record sage. | up just a little bit
19/10/2018 20:42 | Hi Hectorp- The board is awash with boat people since we last heard from you (I think). I believe they are demanding respect on the basis that they used to be respected somewhere else, in a forum that has now failed. The details are not clear. I suspect sabotage, or the Russians. | rose_by_another_name
19/10/2018 20:10 | Altruism, when you give and expect nothing back. Well Roddie I guess that pretty well sums up my experience here. The myopic ones here focused on the BOD being CARP whilst I annoyed them by telling them to focus on the fact that zinc was tanking. I told them that mid 80’s was likely to be the bottom unless zinc went below 103.5 and we needed to see zinc break decisively through the 120’s before we would see a new trend. So here we are with the Sp going sideways and the old crew are back in force. Not a single useful post between them. Respect to the former iii posters and Alan. | sageman
19/10/2018 19:23 | Hi Phillis very helpful comments... Rose , hello too, your last post I thought was insightful. H | hectorp
19/10/2018 16:23 | Don't discount a global recession later in 2019 reducing demand. Stocks prices will anticipate this. | bo doodak
19/10/2018 16:23 | Hi H Long time no see All well here , hopefully the same with you and yours The question to ask re trade war(s)is whether it will affect the local market for zinc My guess is not but the world generally seems as though there might be a slowdown in the offing which might suppress demand a tad I think GFM is seen as an Australian run company and geopolitics may be playing some part in the licence delay | phillis
19/10/2018 16:22 | LME Zinc stock going down! 181200 | up just a little bit |
