Millwall, When you refer to the loss of future dividends should it come to a buyout taking the company private I wouldn't concern yourself too much. The BOD have no intention of paying a dividend.

Trawl et al. This is a concern of mine, 33% in the hands of 3 holders COULD lead to a takeover bid to take the company private. It would therefore not take a massive proportion of residual holders to be tempted to sell!! If this is on the cards I sincerely hope any potential sellers would expect a significant premium on current price - I for one would at least £1.80 to £2 reflecting the potential of the company and lost future dividends.

Doesn't financial instruments mean they hold CFD's instead of actual shares, so they can leverage the position.

I think that it's safe to say that shorting isn't playing a big part in the share price movement.

Stock out on loan for September is shown as 0.69% down from 0.71% in August.

Don't think shorting here is an issue (but I do note RG has 3.84% in financial instruments)

Neville, Your post doesn't exactly help. Read what you have just written and imagine that you are from ACAS trying to resolve a dispute between two parties...... You have just put down the advfn posters then given impression that the iii posters are a better crowd. I find that your style of posts are devise and self serving.

50 enterprises could be shorting GFM but they only have to disclose at 0.5%
I don't think this is happening btw

If zinc air batteries get used to store off grid electricity for cities then even better.

More name calling. I guess when you say the
"rest of the board is becoming more respectful
of others views", you don't include yourself
(and of course you only mean your views).

Rose did anyone ever tell you that sarcasm is the lowest form of wit? Well at least you are trying! In the meantime still not a single helpful post, you remain content just to carp and be snide. But guess what - with the Sp moving up and zinc seemingly stable I don’t give a flying fig what you say. You remain the clueless one. The rest of the board seems to be becoming more respectful of others views and I welcome that.

Neville etc Al please take this in the spirit that I mean it to be taken. The iii posters need to have a certain acceptance that they have been failed by the website that they happily populated and need a realisation that they now post on a BB that is more cosmopolitan. The biased and the "out there" posts are all part and parcel of advfn's rich "tapestry" so to speak. With that in mind and for what it's worth a conciliatory tone would do wonders for the future of the discussion and a degree of open mindedness for a rich discussion on the opportunity that may lie ahead for Griffin.

Keep posting it's always interesting to me, i lost my wife of 50 years one year ago and I don't have a single relative, everybody has there opinions but I find with yourself sage and milwallfan,it's always backed up with a good information, over the past decade ive just held on to the shares, and that's what I will continue to do,

When a man loses his wife, he has about three years
to find another or go into terminal decline. Women
who lose their husbands are just fine, though.

I speak as someone who lost his wife of forty years
about four years ago. Don't remember if I mentioned
it here. Get yourself a new one. I have.

Very sad it would appear that what ever you Sage and myself ( The Old iii posters site ) say or try to appease these posters on the advfn site it falls on deaf ears never mind when you have lost your wife & best friend for 40 years to cancer aged 58 these folks comments are insignifcent to me

UP. Suggest you read both posts again. Mine was a general comment clearly aimed at everyone on this B.B. and Neville’s actually clearly supported diverse views.
