25/2/2021 17:34 | Greencoat trailing Trig by a penny. Greencoat has a 5p nav advantage, it's got its sub ipo out of the way. Trig is yet to trigger a spring ipo but it's probably coming circa 126p. These price anomolies tend to rotate out. Who said Markets were efficient. Unless I am missing some bad news here? ( today's increased fwd dividend and nav announcement as expected I would have thought). | stewart64
17/2/2021 17:47 | Good point | 93marquez
17/2/2021 17:42 | Probably take a dip if it reaches 130.3p, which would be equivalent to the no stamp/ no charges IPO at 131p. Only got 24 hours before this sorts out, so probably wishful thinking. It did dip 2.6 pence under the autumn IPO, of course, on 21st December before breaking loose to 140p plus. | stewart64
17/2/2021 09:02 | Pick some up at 131.06 they may even fall below the placing | nerja
13/2/2021 19:53 | Knew before RNS released? | eithin
12/2/2021 08:01 | That’s why they were selling | nerja

10/2/2021 13:33 | 2p drop today and ex div tomorrow . Why sell today?? | eithin
22/1/2021 13:53 | Market cap of the 2 is almost identical too! They must have been separated at birth! | fez77
22/1/2021 13:49 | Stewart64 - is it not the case that the premium to NAV of TRIG and UKW are about the same? Approx 16%. | fez77
14/1/2021 10:30 | Seems to be on the up towards ex-div day 4-feb | rustle2
30/12/2020 09:55 | Not sure why Greencoat has suffered so much in the low interest rate/ green economy? Hopefully can regain its lustre, a long term hold for me.....as ever!! | bothdavis
22/12/2020 11:33 | 20k share NED purchase today. Nice to see! | adamb1978
18/12/2020 13:41 | You would think they would abort any IPO plans until the price becomes more favourable. I have one query re. the last raise in Sept...did the last nav include the new monies? which because they were raised at a premium (naturally) increase nav. Whether or not they were included, this one is currently trading on a tighter nav to the other big player, Trig. | stewart64
14/12/2020 14:49 | What would be the impact on another I believe 750m share placing. Is now z time to buy or should I wait. | esrjm22
02/12/2020 09:36 | More widely FiT and ROCs are impacted by the proposed change from RPI to CPIH in 2030. At a high level this impacts all the renewable funds equally although of course in reality they all have different asset allocations and differing reliance on the index linked payments. I don't think this explains the disparity with UKW vs TRIG though. | rustle2
01/12/2020 18:15 | Anybody any thoughts on the relative fall in the last year of this one compared to the more richly priced TRIG ( trading on twice Greencoat's NAV premium over there). I guess the threat of more discounted share issuances doesn't help; ironically the last 775 million raised( around 40% of Market cap) has gone at 133p and 131p respectively, above today's level. This one is starting to look like the value choice now , I doubt there is much difference in outlook between the two relative capital employed. | stewart64
02/10/2020 07:25 | Got my full allocation. | rustle2
29/9/2020 20:42 | Companies rarely seem to openly explain how the scale back is done. PIs usually work it out by sharing what they asked for and what they got! | rustle2
29/9/2020 20:07 | Does anyone know how scaling down is done for the offer for subscription? RNS announcement today said offer was oversubscribed but did not said how any scaling down would be applied! | income investor |
