It`s obvious.
I said yesterday, we have to be patient.
I don`t know who but I think it`s something to do with corporate action that will take place.
They want the share price around these levels/

We get bombed with sells every time it goes over 20p!

Wisteria,It will when we become producer, maybe not long to wait ;)
Actually I was bored this morning, so did bit of research.
We talked about acquisition this week assuming that target would be a small producer.

I read again resolution.

"Limited disapplication of pre-emption rights (just under an additional 5% of issued share capital) in the event of financing an acquisition transaction or other capital investment"

What about the stake in well established mine ?!
Quality over quantity !
We`ve seen the other day £500 million deal for 30% of Tropicana gold mine.
Of course this is just an example, GGP is not in that league yet...lol
So I looked further down ...10% or 20% could give us a decent return and ticket for inclusion on GDX , see bellow.







There are deals to be done I`m sure of it, target company would like to strengthen balance sheet by paying down debt or restructure or for expansion.

Gold price still ticking up, currently @ $1820. Will it be sustained? Who know's? However, the next resistance level is at $1850.

Newcrest Mining up 4.3% at the moment.

It's frustrating, I admit, but I have belief the share price will recover all its losses and more.I have no need to sell any and if ODX comes in, I will buy more GGP.

We had Stephen Beetham selling over 100 million shares, which had an adverse effect on the share price and it would appear that GH may be selling a large amount himself. When he is finished, maybe the share price will recover.That is no criticism of GH, by the way. In fact I know it sounds daft, but I think he could be selling before the drilling results. Yes he could wait and possibly make a lot more, but he would be selling and stopping any gains in their tracks, for us, the private investors.

POG has breached that $1800 level today. Current day high of $1814.

Snippet from Sandeep on a panel that he spoke on with the FT yesterday.


He says that "new deposits are hard to find" and "Newcrest won't be losing their head when it comes to making acquistions in the gold space"


Some more hints at how NCM like to get a good ROI for their money - seems to make the case for the JV mining operation to continue as planned with GGP holding onto their 25% IMO.

The Company has received a binding option exercise notices from a previous director for 9,000,000 options at the exercise price outlined below for a total amount of GBP180,000.
