He had £202M of revenue for last year not the £191M they actually did which was an enormous second half miss

They actually did £93.4M in the second half and he was expecting £104.4M an 11% miss

35x pe and 84x fcf companies do not miss by 11%

I am waiting for someone to tell me why 84 times free cash flow, which may actually be one of the highest valuations in all of Europe, is not horrendously overvalued

Give me the bull view

It's amazing all these years and years of investors refuses to actually engage on why this is a buy when I'm the one pointing out 84x free cash flow, 35x pe

Investors could really find themselves in trouble here if this trades down to 20x pe which many would say is a reasonable premium industrial valuation level not 35x

Trombone

7 posts today all saying much the same thing
if you're so convinced of the bear case, go ahead and sell/short the stock unless you're trying to talk the stock down deliberately to purchase at an advantageous price.

£7M Free CF against £587M MKTVAL

84 times free cash flow. Literally laughing that an old school Stoke business is on 84 times free cash flow.

Pure insanity

"oh but the future, new products, duvelco!"

It deserves to be on a much higher pe with these super results imo..

Everywhere you turn it's good news after good news here. Easat and Dulveco they sound ultra-bullish on and it's just mind-blowing what could be achieved in these two companies alone over the next few years.

16% increase in the dividend too..

results look good, should be further progress this year on their multi-year opportunities, potential of Duvelco to add significantly, in years to come, maybe.
