Good news from Davidosh, apparently GTC have agreed to do a Mello which can only be good for getting the word around investors.

Suggest everyone re-reads the Cenkos research of 2nd June 2023 and their estimates of the cost base and adjusted loss for fy 2023 of 4.1p per share also the revenue sensitivity section of the research.

Everyone will have their own interpretation as to the implications of these forecasts but as the company has been and still is forecast to be loss making plus sale of property not yet finalised then not (imo) for anyone with a less than one or 2 year time horizon.

If company directors are in receipt or working on anything that is or could be price sensitive then they are forbidden from buying shares until it is disclosed to the market. This is separate from a closed period.

I feel really strongly about the lack of share buying particular from Jonathan Copus, who just didn't seem to get how important it is to see from an investor perspective. I believe the new CEO shares my concerns and is much more in tune with this issue.Because of stock market rules no-one at the company is currently allowed to buy shares because of what is going on behind the scenes but I expect that to change in due course. In the meantime the share price is very depressing, but this isn't unique to Getech. But selling at the bottom has never been a successful strategy!

Thanks, we need it.
Would you please be kind enough to answer the same question for the previous ceo and current directors?

Who's ramping?I am not happy with the share price obviously, but the company are doing very well and continue to win new business. I have had 2 conversations with the CEO recently and am happy with what the company are doing. There is one institutional fund which is closing by the end of 2023 and has been disposing of its holding - as with any small company particularly in these dire market conditions it's going to hit the share price. As with any serious investor I make sure I am as informed as I can. Perhaps you could do the same? The CEO is very open to dialogue and his contact is easily obtainable.
