They should be knocking on the doors of BP, Shell and the government to ask for a grant to study locations for white hydrogen in the UK rather than doing presentations that look stupid with the background of our share price performance
It is So simple, yet so difficult for this management

This is going to end up at zero, management just jawboning about prospects, Kitson House been on the market for five years and counting now, how long does it need to take to sell. The valuation of the company is now less the value of remaining cash and the value of that property. Makes the stock look cheap but difficult to see how the business can cover costs, even with significant changes that are taking place and Bennett stating that he can take circa £2m costs out the business. H2Green must be worthless without financial support, something GTC cannot afford. Copus was duped by the thief Paton into getting involved with a pair of chancers.

What tangible benefits have they brought to GTC in the past?
I wonder how many similar presentations successful companies do. They know how to use their time better.

I for one am glad to see them doing presentations every now and then. It’s hardly taking time away from signing contracts etc and to say so is idiotic. Bringing Getech to the eyes and ears of new investors is a good thing. We can’t complain about shareholder outreach and complain when they do it!

Rather than doing presentations, they should do productive work we can invoice for. If they have too much time free, they should find a part-time job that pays 50% of their wages rather than invoicing it to GTC.
They don’t care. They don’t own any share.

We need a positive RNS

GTC don’t have anything of value in the renewable space. Why would anyone buy them for that ?

Element 2 was valued at £120 million back in April Pineapple Power has entered into non-binding heads of terms with E-2 for the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Element 2 for a consideration of £120 million, to be satisfied by the allotment and issue of new ordinary shares in Pineapple Power to the shareholders of E-2. It is envisaged that, in conjunction with the proposed acquisition, there will be an equity financing to fund future investment and working capital requirements of Element 2.

Pineapple are advised by Graham Cooley who was at H2G for a short while and have said they are currently looking at an acquisition, now the deal with element 2 has been shelved. Element 2 are based in Skipton, 20 miles from Getech's HQ in Leeds and want a stock market listing All very interesting

How interesting And look at Pineapple powers announcement. Could they be interested in Getech ? Ordinarily, on termination of such discussions, the Company would request that its ordinary shares be restored to listing. However, the Directors of the Company are actively considering another potential acquisition opportunity in the renewables sector which would constitute an RTO and have therefore requested that the Company's shares remain suspended for the time being.

We would need to make around £550000 per year profit (PE=8), not just break even, to justify the current market cap. This is more than £2000 per working day profit.
Because still, it is going down fast unless new orders, with good margins, are announced soon
