Said in the last IMC coy (if I remember correctly) he was going to update with Cooley. Can anyone remember the time line he then gave?

They said in the last podcast H2 wouldn’t require further funding though Dr Cooley has gone since so it’s a wait and see until Richard updates us. Lots of options available as to its future.

BB2 - Probably yes or lower

Institution possibly happy to get out at any price as market cap maybe now below their criteria -Not sure about the PI's, all of whom who look to be sitting on losses.

Market so illiquid that maybe unable to sell holdings of their sizes in the market without hammering the price. (IMO but continue to DYOR).

H2 Green an unknown quantity - Could flip either way -Not enough data in the market for me to guess/calculate which way.

Anyone know of any likely further funding requirements for H2G?

Too low as to what the companies valuation should be. If you were to offer to buy GTC today would you get it for the current market cap? I’d guess not.

Too low in comparison to what ? Surely not just market cap on its own, otherwise you could just say Google’s market cap is too high just because its big.

From Cenkos note - Available through website there is a loan against the property so after fees and repayment of loan net proceeds (Cenkos estimate will be circa £1.3M) and since note published bank rate gone up and mortgages more expensive.

Can Someone explain how market cap is a measure of value, as my 50+ years of investing and running businesses doesn’t give me the answer.

Is it the same as having a tiny revenue and big losses ?

Thanks for the link, interesting, not sure many of us knew about the potential IPO, like the sound of the revised , shorter term plans, as others say, way too cheap and hopefully the building sale will be the next catalyst..

Correct about Cooley as I understand itCash in bank 3.5 million Property under offer (2 million) Record order book & 3 new contracts announced this week Bennett says he expects GTC to break even (by end of full year I expect he was talking about?) & no need for raising new money Share price 9.5p (7 million cap) I mean come on !

No statement yet (that I can see) for the reason of parting company with Cooley. Until clarified a red flag for me.
Also having re-read the accounts and losses therein "Getech reported an adjusted loss after tax of GBP2.8m" still on watch list rather than jumping in.

If was such an attractive opportunity given the current cash holding surprised PE not sniffing around.

Under the mid price I presume, the buy price has been at 9.37 all day, so mostly buys today & yesterday even though they are reported as sells. Not sure I understand what you mean by market capitalisation is irrelevant. It's never irrelevant to those seeking value.
