Why has Kitson House not been sold, been on the market for years!

Any significance to Dr Cooley terminating his directorship of H2 Green Ltd on 15th June (notified to Co House yesterday)? That seems to have lasted 3 months but is not proof of anything else as there has been no RNS about it.

Seems odd though.

This is the link:

I do not hold here these days but I still get companies house notifications of cos I’m interested in and this one hit my inbox.

Hi bookbrker - Just reviewed as a constant faller. Could it be that the appointment of Dr Graham Cooley (ex ITM) could be an exit signal for some. He may be a very good scientist but ITM spiked and then fell back under his leadership.

MC Now £7.4M - below the authorised limit for most II's so sales could be an II pulling out - Cannot remember if any held here but now a very small minnow.

Not surprised, either a fund raising on the cards, but this company has shown a complete inability to live up to all the hyperbole during Copus’ days in charge, and is now insignificant with regard to the H2 future. H2Green has not delivered any benefit whatsoever, and the future is so clouded and drawn out. I suspect that private investor who was buying up stock a year ago has cried wolf, and is now desperately trying to get out.

That's good to hear. We just need other investors to agree. Market cap of 10 million with all this potential is such a great opportunity

Excellent presentation. Getech should return to profitability shortly and H2 won’t be getting much more funding. So likely some sort of strategic partnership or the like. No need for further funding. All good I thought.

How many more times are we going to bounce off 12.5p. As floors go it's proving to be a very good one. Anyone going to the investor presentation this morning? Hopefully might generate some interest.

From todays research note ...

Well Placed to Seize Significant Opportunities in Different Sectors – Post period, Getech completed a geothermal screening of c130 manufacturing sites of a multinational FMCG company, where Getech was able to apply its geoscience and geospatial analytics to advance the company’s decarbonisation efforts. As Getech continues to diversify its revenues stream, it is clear that there is a valuable commercial opportunity for Getech to become the partner of choice for companies across a broad range of sectors looking to decarbonise their operations.

It used to be profitable on its core business. The cost of H2 green wasn’t present then.

So its a question of waiting to see what value comes out of the green H2 side. Not clear yet how that might be realised but I imagine at some point, projects will get to a stage where a float of H2 Green is attractive.

Exactly. Also pleased with the trajectory we are going in. Those profits will flow in time.

Investing in the development of a fast growing company doesn't translate to profits at this stage.

On a different note, been reading about the planning obstacles to making progress with renewables.

Specifically a comment stuck out that by the time planning is approved, smaller businesses, however great and innovative, cannot stay funded for that long.

Perhaps fortunate here that planning approval doesn’t seem to be a major issue and also that there is a decent flow of revenue from the existing business.

Whether you worry about delays or not, depends on whether you’re being paid a salary or an investor (and on your purchase price). I wouldn’t be worried if I had previous shares at 5p, or had options at 15p exercisable at say 30p.

I hope we’re not relying on tweets to get a decent return.

Best for him to shut up if he’s not got any sensitivity to investors.
