Well it makes no sense for Genel to be getting a tanking and GKP not !

So I've just bought another 10,000 shares at 72.2592p but the deal hasn't shown up on the LSE (which is very unusual)

Seems very overblown and I'm certainly helping myself to a few at these black Friday levels.

No I didn't get that other buy order filled at 74.73p, instead I ended up paying 75.48p for 5K instead.

Having said that the other day. Brent is now firming up above 80, usd trending downwards, it’s a general risk on. GENL has decent support at 75. Risk reward is good.

Still no news on the pipe line, it could potentially break the support unfortunately and head towards 50-60 area. However, a massive risk to be out as the news can land anytime with a whopping 50% instant gain

I see LOM but not today . You must feel confident that GENL will turn up from this support level . I feel more comfy waiting for short term uptrend to develop although always a day trade might be possible with such low fees paid to broker :) . good luck with your trade

Just waiting on the sell bot to trigger the chain reaction so it gets filled

arja, yes the 2 stock are fairly similar although GKP usually has a lot more volume per day then Genel

someone mentioned GKP and I see that is a similar NO SD stock , hence £3 commission each way if long . I must follow this one more closely as it is in a short term uptrend !

hit the 74 chart support level again and should stay above that level or back to about 50 if it breaks decisively . perhaps a good one to day trade going long as NO SD payable I believe .

Well that was some battle, with them going back & forth, in the end the down bot prevailed & I got another 15,000 shares at 75.0571

Not sure how far down there trying to drive this, or if it's all about having as much stock as possible ahead of next week.....

52 week low is 77.4p so I don't know if they want to re-test that or such like

Don't know what the heck is going on this morning ......

Bots are hard at work ......

Just haven't quite figured out if they are filling an order at say 77p, or if this is the order filled & there trying to flush out sellers to recover the stock!

Don't like it at all feels like a trap ........

No-doubt we'll find out a little later.

Oh & never seen GKP trade so little ..... which just makes it even more bizarre

Another day when gkp does better - that can't go on forever surely?

I remember a couple of months back being delighted that there was circa 8p difference between them. Now it's 56p!

I was expecting a decent opening this morning which we never got on the back of those late trades on Friday.

Actually thought I'd made a mistake selling some at lunchtime, but managed to buy them back just before the close for a small profit.

I thought it was going to go on a run when it hit 80p & I'd been caught out, but just like the other day as soon as the buy's went in it got hit with a wall of sells.

One of these times the wave of sells won't come straight after the buys to stop it!!!

Note to self ..... don't get caught on the wrong side again especially with news close to hand
