From recollection the share options held by management don't kick in until at least 6p a share (excludes the stock picked up at 1.5p in last financing) so unlikely to be incentive for them to recommend any takeover bid, if as expected MT-RNR1 achieves national commissioning in Spring 2025. I thought the emphasis on ME over the US market was also very telling in presentation, as were the awful stats on stroke there. The problem for long term shareholders who have higher averages is that there are now a large number of new, short term traders with low averages, who will sell out on an opportunistic approach in H1 next year if GDR achieve national commissioning and gets CE IVD for CYP2C19 as anticipated. That would give them v good returns but would fall well short of the true long term value in this business.

Any performance updates from the NHS will make us a prime target for a takeover or a JV
