Hmmmm, doughnuts! I think they want to roll up the interims and the KPI’s together with words like significantly ahead and transformational, and maybe US listing, with a bit of luck. All imo, take it with a pinch of salt.

It's very likely that the interims will accompanied by a forward looking statement and that almost the statement will form the most interesting aspect of the release. We will be deep into H2 and as of now the action has started.

I was just trying to work out when the next set of KPI's would be released.
'Key performance indicators for Q2 2018 will be released with the interim results in Q3 2018'
If this is the case it should be early Sept, given year end 31st March.
The release of KPI's to the market hasn't fallen in line with quarterly sequencing.
However, in this case, I think this will be beneficial. The release of Q2 KPI's will probably be accompanied by a forward looking statement with the interims, this may well overshadow the indicators themselves.
Any comments?

Noujay, I agrree.

Take off the 15 million placing shares and the shares in issue prior to the placing amount to 60 million. His stake would have been 6.8%, not the 6.4% in the RNS.

Looks like he has sold a few if you marry up the numbers - it would be helpful if the company updated its significant shareholding's page as it's way out of date.There must be more holdings RNS to come as there haven't been 15M shares reported per the placing

If you look closely at the RNS the box Smurfit has ticked is 'An acquisition/Disposal of Voting Rights.

That should tell you he has sold, but then the RNS does not say the amount he sold only the resulting situation of his holding, 4,113,840 shares.

Someone else needs to do the calculation of the dilution due to the placing, to see if the percentages tie in with that figure.

At 44m cap it's not even on the radar of most yet and whilst there's a journey to go to achieve anything like full potential, the valuation in due course is potentially plenty multiples of this
