Update on two other states:Among other states ready to legalize, Delaware could give New Jersey a run for its money. Delaware Gov. John Carney said Monday that "full-scale" sports gambling could be in the state's casinos before the end of June. His administration had been working on a plan for operations for months, making manuals and doing software tests, according to the News Journal.New York had been primed to be among the first to offer sports betting, but Gov. Andrew Cuomo cautioned Monday that it might not happen before the end of the current legislative session June 20.

Yes, saw that. I do like the 'rapid growth' reference by the new CFO -

“US regulation of real money internet gaming and, potentially, internet sports betting also appears to be gaining momentum which positions GAN for rapid growth which I have substantial strategic financial experience in helping Dermot and the existing leadership team manage.”

Good strength today. I was expecting some selling into the close but nothing of any size materialised - bodes well for next week

Can now sell at up to 27,500 at 70p but max to buy 10k at 71p.

A couple more buys and this will motor.

First sell at 70.0001p shown as a buy with the spread 68p/71p.

Thanks, I didn't read the RNS about the placing, so it all went to US institutional investors. Good for future support.

I wonder if the appointment of a CFO is a Nasdaq listing requirement?

I'm intrigued as to why GAN's made this appointment now. I am sure this appointment's been in the pipeline for months so GAN must be expecting a rise and expansion of company activity

I bet there's more news in the pipeline triggered by last week's SCOTUS ruling

Presumably it will shortly appear on the company website but I've seen no indication of who outside of the "US institutional investor" description.

For the sake of board harmony, can we take Smurfits own words on the Nasdaq issue. The key phrase is 'medium-term strategy'.

I have researched, have bought, do believe and will continue to hold but just get irritated when some who are unable / incapable of doing their own research resort to infantile posts suggesting NASDAQ listing in 6 months or under! It's not a local library we're applying to join FFS!

All I'm seeing is blue - though I fancy there is a background seller feeding all these buys - hence no price movement.
