06/6/2018 10:35 | I was surprised there weren't any questions and commentary but perhaps more to come tomorrow after EGM.Quarterly kpi's should arrive shortly as well | noujay
06/6/2018 09:00 | Cannot help thinking a chairmans statement at the AGM would have been useful to clarify exactly where we are and where we are going. Very poor PR! | mip55
06/6/2018 08:53 | SBtech are also in bed with Churchill Downs - is GAN also involved here? 'SBTech will provide CDI with an iGaming platform, consumer website, mobile apps, and back-office systems, under what is likely the biggest contract award to date for the awarding-winning supplier. ' (hxxp://www.gamingin 'the biggest contract award to date' for SBTech - surely GAN's in on the action here? - A little more transparency is needed to confirm | mirabeau
06/6/2018 08:46 | What the hell.....that 8770 top up is mine. Fingers crossed! | mip55
06/6/2018 08:34 | Still looking at £1+ before year end imo. | someuwin
06/6/2018 08:21 | Yes, one would think Ferttia will resolve this 'conflict of interest' by some form of legal separation of his interest in Golden Nugget (NJ) and his ownership of the Rockets. The clause allowing a 12 month deadline would suggest this is probably the way forward for him I am sure with SBtech's and PPB's involvement with Golden Nugget that GAN is also involved with this commercial arrangement | mirabeau
06/6/2018 08:17 | Topped up with a few.... | molatovkid
06/6/2018 08:04 | You would think so Mirabeau....there will be a solution to this somewhere along the line. Maybe he can put the Rockets into a trust for his kids, where he no longer owns them, yet keeps them in the family, | molatovkid
06/6/2018 08:03 | I just cannot believe Fertitta's not been informed of this development and taken appropriate action. He's an astute businessman ffs and an employer in NJ. | mirabeau
06/6/2018 08:00 | Give the Houston Rockets to your kids and problem solved! He only bought the Rockets in September 2017.... | molatovkid
06/6/2018 07:57 | We can hope for amendments but the way it's written 6 out of 7 casinos will qualify. Are they going to delay passage by including amendments to make it 7? To be fair these rules preventing ANY sports wagering for owners did not exist in Nevada so may have been unforeseen. | mip55
06/6/2018 07:43 | 'New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement will write regulations to govern sportsbooks based upon whatever new law passes. The Senate bill moving at the moment would allow land-based operations to offer sports betting immediately. Mobile and online betting would start 30 days after passage. Amendments to the bills that would change the ownership restriction remain a distinct possibility.' - It could be reason - the last sentence in the above article does present the possibility that amendments to the final set of regulations/laws may be made - Sbtech and PPB do have agreements with Golden Nugget NJ - I just cannot believe that all parties did not factor this into their negotiations? It seems an idiotic oversight that one would think they may have been given leeway of some form - | mirabeau

06/6/2018 07:38 | Morning mip.Could you kindly post a link as I am having difficulty finding this news. However I did find the news that Delaware launched full scale gambling yesterday... | ltinvestor
06/6/2018 07:23 | Looks like the Senate got its way:A provision in New Jersey sports betting bills in both the Senate and Assembly appears to restrict team owners from offering wagers on all sports - not just their own. This could snare operators like Golden Nugget, where owner Tilman Fertitta also owns the Houston Rockets of the NBA.Fertitta already addresses the situation at the Golden Nugget in Nevada by declining to take wagers on the Rockets. Applying the proposed New Jersey rules to the situation, Golden Nugget apparently would not be able to offer any sports wagering. We can but hope he accepts the 12 month divestment route but news that the assembly has acquiesced to the senates version may explain the share price wobble? | mip55
05/6/2018 19:03 | The plus is no really big sells just small investors getting inpatient. And mm taking full advantage to get stock cheap. First bit of good news and this will fly. | burn248
05/6/2018 17:40 | Seems more than froth coming out of the market in gaming stocks | mip55
