GAN launches Ocean Online Casino in New Jersey

First New Jersey casino to deliver a converged online & on-property real money gaming experience to guests utilizing GAN's US-patented technology

This is the fourteenth time GAN has licensed its US Patent to a major US casino and the second New Jersey land-based casino operator to license the Patent for both real money Online Gaming and virtual Simulated Gaming following the licensing & services agreement between GAN and MDDC (The Borgata) announced December 2016.

Company's second client of real money Internet gaming in New Jersey following PaddyPower Betfair plc launch in November 2013 also reliant on GAN's enterprise software platform and supporting services.

Repayment of Convertible Unsecured Loan Notes
London & Dublin | May 24, 2018: GAN plc ("GAN" or the "Company"), an award-winning developer and supplier of enterprise-level B2B Internet gaming software, services and online gaming content in the United States, has provided one month's notice that the Company has elected to repay and redeem in full the GBP2,001,483 9% Convertible Unsecured Loan Notes 2022 issued by GAN in April 2017. Such notice of repayment is subject to withdrawal by the Company should the Subscription as announced on May 21, 2018 not be approved by shareholders on June 7, 2018.
Following the full re-payment and redemption of the Convertible Unsecured Loan Notes the Company will be debt free effective from June 25, 2018.

He isn't listed as a director on Gan's website so I guess he's a member of the Smurfit family. That would be just over 1.3 million shares by my reckoning. I wonder who the buyer is?

Itin - I agree, my comment was more based on the conceptual basis for buying shares with a large spread, its fundamentally unattractive to make a purchase and be 10% down on execution and therefore a turn off.As to value here, as long as you aren't trying to actively trade it and have the stomach for a bit of volatility I suspect the broker target of 79p is easily achievable over the next few weeks

Noujay.As I intend to hold for several years I felt 53p a reasonable price to pay considering US institutions paid 50p quite willingly.My average purchase price is coincidently 50p and I am quite optimistic that as the US market opens up Gan will be a significant beneficiary...

Minuscule trades move this at the moment but for me it's potentially one of the best high return stocks on aim.If H2 delivers as it appears it will then this will get taken out in very short order imo. And that somebody will likely pay a very high price.As for those getting bored and selling - hardly like no newsflow over the past six months to keep us entertained!

Anything but, igoe, mms spot pi mugs needing to sell their few shares in an illiquid market nervous about Brexit in July and they cream them for a few grand more off what they expect. Totally deserve it-nothing with Gan has changed today.

It moves a lot on little volume, both ways. There should be plenty of good news to come. I’m sticking with them, but I can understand people getting bored and selling up.

Is there a reason for the 11% fall today? I haven't found any news so far that might have caused such a drop. I recently bought 15k shares and will buy more given the opportunities in USA and potential growth.
