Nil desperandum Outsourcer. The price seems to be following the price of the last trade, rather than the mid price. I am not sure why this is.

altube, I hope so, I held this since March 2005 and it has been the biggest waste of time ever and I dont think I have ever been making any money it.

I now have about £15k invested all just to try to bring my average down to a reachable target so that I can get out !

Go back a few years and picture this scenario, Head man sits down with his French Bankers, and the question of Christmas comes up, the head man asks> ok if we sell some shares to keep the family happy ? Banker says it would not look to good if the insti got wind of it, the price is now standing at £6.90 and the Frog persuades our head man to leave it for 12 months, in the meantime lots of selling by guess who takes place and the price is 69P , thats Bankers for you!

UK gamers spend £1.5bn on titles

Games like Super Mario on the Wii have boosted sales
UK gamers have spent a record-breaking £1.52bn on titles in 2007, up 25% on last year and with two weeks of sales yet to be counted.
Sales of video games in the UK are now at an all-time high, with more than 78 million titles sold, buoyed by new hardware and the success of the Wii.

Last week more than £87.9m worth of games were sold, setting a new record.

Paul Jackson, director general of industry body Elspa, said games were now "truly mass market".

"Videogaming is enjoyed by everyone, young and old, male and female," he said.

The games industry has been enjoying critical and commercial success in recent months, with a plethora of titles heralding what has been described as a "golden age" for the industry.

Games like Super Mario Galaxy, Bioshock, Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3 have won numerous awards and received praise from reviewers and gamers alike.

More than 11 million consoles were sold in the third quarter of the year, up 33% on last year as consumers flock to new machines, like the Wii, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Games on consoles now account for 79% of all software sales.

Not really as I suspect it would start a bidding war. Can someone tell me whaty the present P/E ratio.

Unfortunately, if a predator did come in we probably wouldn't benefit that much. A deal will probably be done behind closed doors with the big share holders and then we'd be told how much they were going to buy our shares for... The first we'd know about it would be an announcement to the SE that it was a done deal.

Also just worked out that Future is now worth at market cap £90m. Now look at the revenues and the profit and the clear strategy going forward and I believe this is way undervalued. Broker consensus is good to very good buy.

it seems to drop each time just at the close, not sure what the significance of this maybe. There could be a holder reducing gradually, but I still suspect that it is being worked down for a reason. The risk reward ratio for a buy is pretty strong, however I could see this falling to 20p before an upturn.

My view is that this offers an amazing buying opportunity. This is valued so low that one cannot rule out a predator going for this. This is a healthy business and can offer a buyer via merging synergies significant upside. Also do not rule out an MBO.
