London just about moving but still pedestrian. Concern is that they might miss the window as winter approaches and unfurloughing

Well nowhere near London but the market is moving fast.

Maybe the lag is about to change.

Still disappointing at the door Last 60 days just 338 properties sold Certainly this looks to improve over the next couple of months as completions kick in and then what ?

Really need to see the back of over 650 in 60 days

Looks like volume is ticking upwards

There's no volume here, which is one reason why i see these levels as support.4 months is solid base, as soon as interest returns this will snap higher as there's practically no selling to hold it back."The longer the base, the higher in space"

I am so very surprised foxt is not moving a lot higher, but there you are.

Never know, atm it's just some where to park cash that also just might tick up at any given notice.

I'll certainly have a buying interest at these levels, whilst the train station car parks in zone 5 & 6 remain empty on weekdays.

Are you staying for the long haul, or just a trade?

I've started to add here now...

London has been very much behind the curve with regards to instructions viewing and sales but it will come back... "Eventually"

And i say eventually, I've not added to ramp, merely parking profits from elsewhere in something that has been relatively predicable for the last couple of months. If it it can keep relatively predictable at this range then I'll keep adding, so long as i continue to make gains elsewhere to fund it of course.

Hopefully when interest does return to London, I'll have a nice little nest egg at a competitive price compared to what would be very attractive forward looking cashflow as the pipeline starts to convert.

So what's the solution?
Presumably Foxtons have to advise their vendors to drop the price?

Off the scale?

Yes sales in SW 19 going swimmingly but although things have perked up for Foxtons they aren't exactly setting the Thames alight

Just 4 sold in the last 60 days. That isn't even keeping the lights on

With a current sales inventory of 53 in their Wimbledon office they have 10 under offer. 6 of those 10 are under £500k

Many of CWD regional brands showing 60% +sold STC

Chatted yesterday with a pal of mine who runs an agency in SW19. Sales are off the scale. Not seen anything like it in 12 years in the biz. Resi. All types. Can't be long before market wakes up to FOXT.

Sounds like you are getting a bit riled . It always helps to do a little research before mouthing off

Don't blame me for backing the wrong horse ,holding losses and missed out on some multibaggers since June Countrywide and Purplebricks

We all make mistakes but there is no point throwing your toys out of the pram

Experience is a hard school but fools will learn no other
