Back to 65p whilst JPM adds another 9m shares to their pile since the beginning if the year. The top 20 shareholders of Foxtons are now either US Banks or hedge funds !!! Tree shake Monday, I hope so but maybe more than 8 shares this time !!! |

Good performance today and decent volume as we saw rates come down a bit post inflation news . Still holding as when this moves it has these decent up days . Hard to trade . |
A new year arrives but the same old MM games being played yet again today. For the umpteenth time stock does nothing but drifts lower thought the day and once everyone goes home for the evening a large delayed buy order pops up after hours. Market wants to keep a 65p price lid for Foxtons, could that be the price which an offer for the company us based upon ?? Total manipulation of course as we've seen over the last year or so. |
Oh dear an U/T of just over 200,000 shares, one of the largest we've seen for some time in the grand scheme of things. Looks like the market is desperate now and trying to hide any buying interest until the closing auction as there is still no sellers despite the tree shake down to 50p a few days back. Not even Converium Capital are complaining about the lack of share price progress like they did last year when the Foxtons share price was around 60p. Desperate times for MM's maybe another tree shake tomorrow so I can add a few for my family as well. |

Foxtons had a mega Xmas bash on Friday by all accounts with no expense spared !! Looking forward to next year and another record year for the company. Stock taking down in the order book this morning on pityful trades. Looks like someone is desperate for stock and want their MM's mates to help them out. Good luck with that !! |

A 100 trades done in the last ninety minutes. Interesting intraday chart. Stock still dirt cheap and with UK funds now looking for 2025 allocation of funds expect to see more action here before the year's out. |
