24/9/2020 08:47 | Yes, hillofwad, but that's a statement of the obvious. What about the future of the London market and the market leaders. My problem with foxtons was nothing to do with the virus but I always thought they were over-priced. Students hate them. But over-sold here I think. An easy 10% imo... | rochdae
24/9/2020 08:38 | "Bricks and Mortar" Sure its all about getting in at a decent entry price for the future but are Foxtons the force of old? The assumption here is that Foxtons will continue to take their fair share of instructions .On the sales side that hasn't been the case. They have only enjoyed a small window since lockdown to make up for lost time They have only sold about 370 in the last 60 days. That is less than 5 per branch and that was picking up the slack for the previous months as well and now heading into another challenging period | hillofwad
24/9/2020 07:41 | Always need housing... Bought a few more at 39p Bricks and morter. Better than trading a virus.. | rochdae
23/9/2020 17:38 | Estate agents always say that, it's a default setting | plat hunter
23/9/2020 17:20 | Went into my local Foxtons yesterday. They said the market was accelerating. For what it's worth. Roch | rochdae
23/9/2020 12:20 | "The London market recovering quickly " Curate's egg .Central London still moribund | hillofwad
21/9/2020 12:57 | Bought in here today. Seems cheap and the london market recovering quickly. News on covid can change quickly and another full lockdown isn't going to happen. Country can't affort it imo.. Roch | rochdae

18/9/2020 13:38 | Something going on, won't be long before they have to let go of the SP 80p on the way faster than most think | topazfrenzy
18/9/2020 13:12 | A Soros after the close rns. | srpactive
18/9/2020 13:10 | surprised the reaction to this news hasn't been better: any buyers previously had a ready supply of stock at 40p or so from Caledonia: now they will need to go elsewhere. Where? Asagi (long FOXT) | asagi
18/9/2020 11:13 | That is Caladonia out, who bought? | srpactive
17/9/2020 16:24 | Due to closing above 40.5p breakout confirmed, looking for 50p very soon. dyor | srpactive
17/9/2020 15:05 | After the 9th Sep, an even bigger whopper of a buy today. Price still however incredibly stubborn despite threatening a break higher again. One to keep an eye on. | sphere25
17/9/2020 14:38 | Very unlikely he would wish to take control of Foxtons His UK investment arm probably just looking to have some exposure in the London Property market and possibly adding a few more | hillofwad
17/9/2020 12:42 | Soros may well be preparing a bid to buy Foxtons? So much potential in the right hands | topazfrenzy

17/9/2020 08:29 | Thank you. | srpactive
17/9/2020 08:23 | You would have thought that Soros would be in line for another 5% or why bother taking a position in the first place .All small potatoes What is concerning from a corporate perspective the recent spike in the market will be short lived and Foxtons have yet to really benefit. The next couple of months they should enjoy some much needed revenue as hopefully under offers cement themselves into sales but what about ahead ? Happy to wait a bit but not for long ! | hillofwad |
