A portfolio of less than 3,800 sales instructions Foxtons missed a trick with Hong Kong .Their listed friends Savills and others opened up satellite offices over there trousering millions of fees selling 100 apartments a time in Tower Hamlets and Newham off plan on roadshows In fact Foxtons seem to have missed the trick altogether on New Homes They have a number of designated New Homes offices with very little stock .Clearly Foxtons not the developers friend Topaz make it alternate days on the buying you might save yourself a 1p As ever DYOR | hillofwad | |
