Good news, I have been increasing here also as I feel
this is very undervalued as we have all said, I
continue to buy, 50p very soon.

this is a cyclical play imo. once all the trade talk nonsense is over and done, it back to being a world property hotspot for London, George and his cash for chaos mates know that.

The fact is though Foxtons are only enjoying a very limited recovery but I guess that is of secondary importance

Excellent close last night breaking above 40.2p, a steady move to

insane buy volume, foxt underrated imo. 6 month consolidation avrg 40p, prior to this recovering to 80-90p.

95-100p resistance before 175p rerate imo or premium buyout at 120p

Nice chunk to buy. Good one to trade this so watching for a break higher. It has been getting stuck at this mark quite abit though but be interesting to see if it can crack on with that big buy.
