09/6/2020 09:38 | 1longshorts, How are you able to define the "victim" here exactly? | andy
09/6/2020 09:19 | It seems like the wild west out there. It’s obviously a set up by the Kosova authorities. The old one two, cheat your victim then accuse him of corruption or some crime to discredit him. Kosova will have to get clean of this sort of thing if they want to attract investors into their country. | 1longshorts
06/6/2020 15:31 | Mario, Thanks for your posts, and please let us know if anything more comes out in the press or elsewhere. FOX's claim equates to just over 100 euros per inhabitant of Kosovo, so they will fight that hard, I seriously doubt they can afford to pay it. | andy
27/5/2020 23:34 | Harold, Tom started by saying he was surprised and din;t know about the placing, but then went on to chastise CG for not allowing shareholders in via Primary Bid, and apparently CG is considering it, although clearly the "discount" is much smaller now. TW has a acknowledged connection to Primary Bid, so not sure if that's why he's pushing CG so hard, or whether it's a ploy for FOX to raise even further cash via PB? This was pumped by CG at the Shareshow online, where he raised the prospect of untold riches for investors if they won the £195 million court case. I wondered then if he was thinking of placing, and sure enough. Whatever he paid to participate in the show has been repaid in spades. | andy
27/5/2020 12:17 | what will tw say ? they say that corono is also spread via faeces . best keep away from these shares . | haroldthegreat
27/5/2020 08:24 | Marked dwon 26.35% at opening but due to topslist only appaently triggering on a transaction NOT showing in top list losers - Would have ranked as No 2 faller. Interesting that major holder has subscribed for 3,428,572 = £60K - Not an insignificant amount - \Loan stock conversion at 5p End date 1 Dec 2026 - Now what are the odds that share price will be over 5p at that time? | pugugly
27/5/2020 07:44 | An absolute master stroke from Chris - massive dilutive placing after a bullish pump at a recent conference. No doubt all the punters sucked in and who pushed the price up will be ultra pleased that this company is diluting so much at its lowest price ever to stengthen its balance sheet. Directors so confident about the future they are piling in themselves!! This company now in an even better position than it was before which was the best position it was ever in (in fact the best position any company had ever been in) now they've decided on a strategy on mining marble and selling it! What genius and thanks to Chris for making his business strategy so clear in the RNS. I was so pleased at this news I literally fell off my chair onto my marble floor - ouch! | wolstencroft
20/5/2020 22:22 | IMF was predicting their economy to shrink due to corona virus, and on top of that these lawsuits losing, It can get closer to having shaved off 30-40% of GDP.Who knows there might be some creative accounting window dressing that will make these things disappear. | n73
20/5/2020 21:30 | simple apply for full EEC membership . then ask for a loan . don't tell them that fox is a U.K listed company though . | haroldthegreat
20/5/2020 21:18 | n73, I looked at the GDP too, and if the German and FOX c,aims were lost they would be down the swanee finacially, I seriously doubt they could pay it. So how do force enforce payment, send in the boys and their new "bouncer"? | andy
20/5/2020 15:50 | According to World Bank GDP of this country is only about 2,000 million dollars.Liability exposures seems too exceed 10% of their GDP. | n73
20/5/2020 15:44 | Didn't know that. Thank you. | n73
20/5/2020 15:14 | My favourite translated extract, per post 927: "... British giant Fox Marble ..." | effortless cool
20/5/2020 14:40 | OK thanks for translating that Mario. I put it into Google but it exceeded the 3900 character limit so I was going to do it in smaller pieces later. | andy
20/5/2020 13:46 | Mario, Very interesting posts! I would doubt Ksosovo could afford to pay Euro 195 million, even if they lose in the courtroom. Apparently there is also a German case for Euro 100 million already in progress, so Kosovo, a country of 1.8 million people, will need to raise some serious amounts of money to pay all these lawsuits! | andy |
