I was going to reply, that we simply don't know who the good guys or the bad guys are in this case, we can only guess.


We might think we do, but in reality we will have to wait for the court case or OOCS.

All gone quiet on all the fronts recently, a bit like the Brexit talks, after all the posturing, all of a sudden, silence.


The last mention of any kind was when TW did an interview with CG trying to highlight the court case potential for investors to make money, which looks a little like they have nothing else to promote.


I remember Oxus and CHL, no such thing as a slam dunk when you take on a country in the courts.

Tom and share price are really promoting this, now Hot Stock Rockets, which is a connected site, is promoting it too!


They've had a few attempts but the history here seems to be deterring people, IMO.

If they do get a win, the legal team that have carried a good part of the risk will take around 50% of the award, so it is anyone’s guess what the net result could be.

It is mentioned Andy and it says that the company is very confident for a favourable outcome. HSR says that it doesn't expect Fox will get anything like the 195 million euro payment claim but suggests that it could be a multiple of its current market cap.

I am surprised that there has been so little volume and the share price has fallen so little on today`s news, bearing in mind the scale of losses for a company with such a small turnover.

Level of funding will (imo) depend on whether major shareholdes still have confidence in the company and deep pockets - If so couild be at about the same level as last time but if they decide they have lost confidence then possibly the end of the road -

Perhaps even more worrying is the massive fall-off of sales outside Kosovo - in particular for finished slabs.
