New issue of shares agreed - Assuming calculations correct there will now be SHARES IN ISSUE of 308,372,214 plus £2.1 million of cumulative loan notes to give an EV at current bid of 1.6p of some £6,130,000 - Now is it worth it?

Fully working factory plus quarries plus law suit against the state for zillions - Could it be a good gamble to double? (i.e Warrant conversion at 3.5p which would imply a market value of some £10.5 million prior to conversion and an EV of some £12.6M (e&oe)

I am sure if my maths is wrong or something missed someone on this thread will point out the errors!!!

Thanks for posting those links so people can go and read for themselves.

The language is Albanian, and Google free tranlsate will translate in reasonably sized batches for those that want to check for themselves.

I seriously doubt Kosovo can afford to pay the Euro 195 million claimed, so they're bound to put up a fight, don't you think?

Of course. That's why it's going to court. Who knows what the facts are it is just my opinion that it is very oportune for the Kosovo authorities to have a criminal/fraud case raised against the plaintive at this time.
