FWIW there's no point in reporting anyone to the FCA IMHO. I did it once and they said thanks very much but we can't tell you anything about what will happen now or the state of our investigation. That was the last I heard and I know for a fact that nothing happened. One of Chris's pals set up Banyan and another set up Eboracum. Nothing came of these companies or "orders" (Eboracum now disssolved showing no trading activity at all. I got Banyan's accounts for a few years and I suspect there is still no activity). Everyone knows this I think. No one cares.

"Breccia Paradisea is one of two crystalline breccias coming from northern Kosovo, from Syrigana. This type is red as the highlight on the gray and white background he shares with his twins, Etrusco Dorato. Etrusco gold collects other colors where present." As translated by google from Albanian and posted in Albanian on Facebook yesterday but no indiction of poster https://www.facebook.com/FoxMarbleKosova/ So what does it tell us - Nothing (imo)

So, CG visited Kosovo yesterday. We know he is the only person who can now show us pictures/videos of 'operational quarries in Kosovo' (with January 2020 dates on it). I hope he won't provide picture from Prilep and pretend they are from Kosovo quarries.!! Extremely beautiful, sunny weather in Kosovo these days. Perfect conditions for quarry operations. (Note that all quarries in Kosovo are closed and have been for some time now).

You're very naive if you think directors comments are verbatim. From watching this end of the aim market there are some juicy stories. One I watched for a while involvedFake bonds in a fake bank in Brazil and the Yorkshire director fell hook line and sinker.

Yes, I am a (concerned) private shareholder with a reasonable stake which stands me at a loss. But I feel the company is an interesting prospect.

Aaron seems to be playing a dangerous game here. He is effectively accusing Fox and CG in particular of lying to shareholders regarding the operations in Kosovo etc as reported in the recent RNS. If he believes this is so, he should report the facts to the Financial Conduct Authority who would no doubt investigate and take appropriate steps which might well lead to a criminal action. Shareholders should ask themselves whether a board of directors, several of whom are non-executive, and also the NOMAD, would risk putting out an RNS that contained statements that were materially misleading and incorrect? Aaron's posts over time always seem to have to objective of undermining the company. He admitted in September last that he was writing from Kosovo and it is therefore unlikely that he is a shareholder. Is this all a de-ramping exercise with the objective of so weakening the company that it fails? This might well be understandable if AaronQ is either a party interested in Fox failing in its action to resolve the dispute over the purchase of Green Power, or is a disaffected former employee. Come on AQ, either PUT UP OR SHUT UP. No one is pretending that Fox is the star of the AIM market but it does deserve to have a fair chance without being subjected to malicious nonsense.

Andy, less than 3hours direct flight London Luton Pristina, Wizz air, and than trurotrader and foxhunter can show us all four operational quarries in Kosovo, prior to your flight cg will identify the location over the chat, and you come and check yourself. One thing I can guarantee you all ;there is no single quarry that belongs to Fox marble within territory of Kosovo operational for minimum last 6 months, and if this is not the case I cover myself all of your expanses.

AaronQ, Very interesting post. The shame is as the site is so remote from the UK nobody can easily go out to check the validity of what they say. No mention of the margin on revenue of 1 million, as it's toll processing I would imagine it's quite low.

Anyone any thoughs as to the break-up value of the company? Could be getting close to it unless all the kit is clapped out and too many doubts over ownership/value of the quarries,

good morning all Last RNS contains many irregularities. First, there are no ' two shifts' operational. This statement is delusional. Second, CG's statement that there will be revenues generated in region of 1 million euros. whereas; a) there is only one gangsaw in function. b)Polishing lines still not functional, c) Resin line out of function, d) CNC machine, functional in manually mode only. Moreover, a recent local job that they have taken to complete, was never paid to Fox Marble, as a result of which, Fox's local partner has benefited from it.

gt, "and is expected to generate over EUR1m in revenues for the Company, during the first year." ------- What is the profit on that revenue I wonder? No mention of margins, as usual.

They have openly said they need more local marble for 18 months as enough at the plant, so that is either no orders, large stock or but of both. They can sell Alexandra blue and white so that is the focus, fill the plant with any marble, reduce costs everywhere else and see if they can break even, whilst waiting and hoping for a legal win. I think it’s pretty clear, orders in some areas, plant operating but not enough, need to reduce all costs outside operations. Combined with trying to convince and sell more to grow. This is the exact route they should have taken from day one but never did. They started by opening the wrong quarries, didn’t manage costs, didn’t get orders sorted. I won’t buy a single one more, if I wasn’t invested at all this would be now worth a punt. The best bit about placing was the directors took part. It can so easily be a marble cash cow

Pug, RNS writing is akin to a dark art, and it's often what is NOT said rather than what is, that's relevant. They are written by some very clever people who are skilled at the art of deflection. This RNS was a perfect example, where the RNS focuses on the one open quarry, despite it being in another country, and over a hundred miles away, and doesn't mention the quarries that are on the doorstep of the processing plant! To be honest I can't see any reason to be a buyer here, even at this all time low price, how is this worth around £5 million market cap?

Now no 4 on the fallers toplist down 22% Remember your 1st loss is usually your smallest one - I wonder if this will be the case here. Andy's point re NO mention of the Kosovan quarries is (to me at least) a reason to keep powder dry or deploy elsewhere.

RNS, and another placing! Chris Gilbert, CEO, commented "Our focus on our two core assets, the factory in Kosovo and our quarry in Macedonia containing the highly desirable Alexandrian white and blue, is showing positive results" ------- So, no mention of the Kosovan quarries, only the one in Macedonia! And yet another placing! How many more chaps?

AaronQ, Thanks for posting again, and for the update. Have you been close to the factory on a normal working day recently? And if so, were there any workers there, and marble processing being done? I presume it would be very noisy and dusty if so, therefore not hard to make an informed judgement, even from a short distance. Cars in the car park are another giveaway of course, and lorries moving around. If a quarry is "closed", presumably they have no access, so how can they access already cut blocks I wonder? Or are they only prevented from cutting new ones but can go onsite to remove the already cut ones? that seems unlikely to me but you may know better.
