mind you the share price has risen since I mentioned coffee . what would have been the effect if I mentioned champagne . however long time shareholder cannot afford champagne .
in looking back at earlier company reports I was appalled at the salaries being paid to the directors . prime minister got 198,661 check out Chris at that time . and the total paid to the board .
when attending presentations in future I will ask the total boards annual salary payments including expenses.

Mario as I do not know the reputations of the papers you quote are they
times standard ,daily mirror , daily sketch ( does it still exist ) or the pasper that quotes aliens walking down oxford st whose name I forget as well .
any geriatrics like me might remember the titles .

I will not open any links on this board as I caught a virus last year after opening one . as kaos 3 appears to have been around for years and posts about many companies I will open his link . be wary about anyone who posts about one company and only recently joined ADVFN .

Subsequent to 30 June 2012, the Company acquired 100% of the share capital of Fox Marble Limited on the 3 August 2012.


· The Company successfully raised £9.65 million (£8.3 million net of expenses) through a placing of 32.95 million new ordinary shares at 20p and the issue of convertible loan notes of up to £3.06 million and was admitted to AIM on the 31 August 2012.

There you have it, 31st August 2012 listing date.

Nearly 8 years later and the company is worth significantly less than the original raise of £9.65 million, with around 7.5 times the number of shares!

what date did fox list on aim . before or after 23/12/2011 . someone has just sent me a message that this date was before they listed on aim but I cannot check that out .

I have received a strange pm tonight following my previous posting . I do not understand it . it says to ask you if your dad drinks coffee and does 23 December 2011 mean anything to you ?
perhaps you can explain the meaning of it . I cannot remember what I did last week let alone 9 years ago .
strange all I said in the post is that I cannot understand why fox hasn't noticed £100k is missing from its cash flows if indeed it has ?

perhaps the person who sent me that cryptic message might like to explain ?

normally pms are easy to comprehend .
Perhaps it is from the next Bond film ?

if Fox issued an invoice to Mr local buyer surely Mr local buyer would issue a cheque or pay directly into Fox's bank account .
when not paid Fox's accountant would issue legal action to recover the debt.
A few payments might not be followed up but £100K might be noticed .
If an accountant reported the matter to Chris and not action was taken why didn't he report it to the Police .
Not doing so would be a criminal offence in itself . No doubt Chris will look at these boards so will be aware of any allegations made .If he doesn't other large investors do .

Extra information from the ground.

Invoices issued by Fox to local Kosovo buyers in exess of 100k, (which should have been paid into Fox account in Kosovo) supposedly have ended up in Chris local director, Astrit Citaku's private bank account.( Astrit Citaku was appointed as director of Fox Marble Kossovo last year).

Astrit Citaku is constructing his own building with Fox money, supposedly also Chris as his international partner. This doings were reported to Chris by his local accountant Faton Ahmeti but looks like everything was ignored.
