New equipment for our factory in Kosovo

However we really need some indication of value of sales - margins - and bottom line = No indication - unless in online Q&A as to when company will become cash flow positive.

Did anyone participate in the online Q and a with CG yesterday?

If so, any comments?

If anyone registers for that show they can go into a chatroom and ask Chris Gilbert questions.

Maybe someone should ask him why his picture is shown in Kosovan newspapers in reference to a legal case?

The $6bn judgment pitting Nigeria against a London court

Pobably behind a pay wall but worth a read if you can find the right issue of the FT

the problem is Mario that it is always useful to know if someone has an axe to grind . if one is fed selective pieces of information to paint a black picture where there is other information being held back that negates those snippets they are not worth the paper they are written on .
If you are related to one of the parties involved , that Mr Panama alleges , your information is not as valuable as say information from Andy who is well known to Aim investors . People might not know his true identity but from checking on his previous posts they can see he posts on loads of boards and what he says is balanced and not one sided . He is obviously not a schoolboy posting after school for fun .
Mr Panama claims he knows who you and Aaron are and who you are related to in the cases involved . Your information obviously comes from the relative involved and now everyone reading this board is aware that your information is not 100% complete but has been selectively reported to paint a negative impression of what may ,or may not be going on .
The fact that Mr Panama keep mentioning coffee should show you that he is getting his facts from somewhere . He did not say a drink but was very specific and was specific about the date and venue .
No doubt when he reads this he might give another titbit. I have just discovered that if you have a VPN you can make the information appear to come from anywhere .
I was offered the service by Mcaffe yesterday. So Mr Panama might be anywhere . My guess in the UK as he used an old email of mine that i haven't used for years .

I am sure that a rns would have been released if there was any basis for your claims .

I wondered what the red flag at the top represented, so I clicked it, and it leads to an ADVFN ratings page.

The rating for FOX is that it "has not met the ADVFN rating benchmark"

I would like to know what they are using as their benchmark, to judge what FOX failed on.

So mario are you related to someone involved with litigation against fox ? You only seem to post about fox . You have only recently started to post on ADVFN . Others posting on the board ,with the exception of aaron make comments on other boards but you both only post about fox which suggests a connection in some way . Most of us have lost money on their investment . The exception is probably Andy who started the board who would have had more sense and not invested .

Mr Panama does not like Sherlock Holmes being consulted he would prefer James Bond and M . Forged signatures and drugged coffee are more old school so i do not agree with him . I must not upset him as information might dry up . He is voting for Mario being Pe.........?????
Mario please put us out of our misery and either confirm or deny you are Pe...........

I note you have not posted any more information since Mr Panama started making revelations .
Come to think of it Aaron has also gone very quiet

I would have thought one of you would have commented on the rns and where the marble is coming from .

"Fox Marble will be processing blocks of a range of marble from its own quarries for this project and supplying this material from its factory in Kosovo."

Are these the quarries currently under dispute I wonder? And if so, presumably they are using blocks already in stock, outside the disputed quarry area?

-------

"The total value of the contract is circa EUR600,000."

As always, no mention of margins, which is a key metric!

-------

"Delivery is expected to commence in January 2021, with all revenues expected to be realised by December 2021."

So no immediate revenue benefit then!

-------

"Chris Gilbert, CEO, commented "This further confirms Fox Marble's position as the leading provider of dimension stone within Kosovo"

Are there any other providers at all?

If you add up all the announced orders over the last five years then compare that announced turnover you will see what I mean. Those of us who've been around this share long enough will know exactly what I mean

Have just read the latest rns . This purchaser should be easy to check out by the eagle eyed posters . Balance sheets etc .
Then it is just a case of waiting to see the cash roll in .
Of course one doesnt know how profitable the order will be ?
At least this is an established company . Just have to hope the virus hasn't caused them too much disruption .

Which phantom order are you referring to ? . Its better than we are exhibiting at a trade show . Anyone can do that and it means nothing . Only you are going to pay for a stand . They would be better restricting rns to we have SOLD ! Anyone can say we are going to order millions of tons .what will be your best price ? Get the quote order 10 tons at that bulk price and never be seen again .
More sense to say we will rebate you Z% after you have purchased z amount over a year !
Then hope they get paid for what they supply .

The rns have improved recently with less obvious rubbish .
The posters here can google all the information and suss out dubious potential customers .

Come on mr Panama need more clues

haroldthegreat

AaronQ perhaps you might to fill in the gaps . Obviously you are both better informed than everyone else . if I cannot find the answers here I must go to Baker Street to consult SH.
for the benefit of any non uk residents

221B Baker Street is the London address of detective Sherlock Holmes .

If he cannot find out I will give up my quest for the answer .

Perhaps Mr Panama can provide some more clues ?
