24/9/2020 21:40 | in the past they have not arrived !!!!! | haroldthegreat
24/9/2020 17:26 | I did Pugugly live, and like you - not much to be excited about bar the way the deal was done with the legal eagles. This is the only reason I can see for being invested here at this time. The stock could shoot up like a moonshot if there was positive news on that front at any thime. I did think they were open and honest, the way he answered the questions put forward. I like the stock at these levels but still expect they may fall further, so only worth tucking away in small numbers unless you fancy taking a huge risk for profits that may or may not arrive. | clocktower
11/9/2020 08:56 | Andy - Did you listen to the presentation and Q&A yesterday? (imo) not much to get excited over either way - Some interesting comments on conversion ratio's of blocks to slabs - but no indication (even reading between the lines) as to when cash flow positive - all speculation - Timeline on arbitration possibly 2 years but nothing specific - Could be worth a listen if you have time. | pugugly
10/9/2020 19:58 | Pug, $64k? Are you bidding for the company? Latest RNS out restarting operations in a quarry, but as usual, no mention of order values or margins. | andy
10/9/2020 12:41 | Looks as though the webinar has drummed up some buying interest - $64K question - Will it hold? | pugugly
31/7/2020 17:17 | Well we will let the courts decide | gtfc1
31/7/2020 15:45 | gtfc1, with what FAUX told you its big proof that FAUX planning to scamming state of Kosova. If so called Malisheve studi was done and has lots commercial stone reserve for millions or more then why they refuse the quarry when they can have money and so called rich in resource quarry ??? and instead take few million quick moeney and run away. This is the proof in malisheve quarry FAUX faund no more commercial and so worthless to FAUX. Of course now they dont want quarry back when no good amount commercial found, now why would Kosova pay money to these criminals and scammers when they could not find e commercial in malisheve. First they scamming UK for peoples money and now they cant scam UK anymore so time for them to scam Kosova. | tqn16
31/7/2020 14:50 | I’m sure. I would suspect everything is connected through one means or another, in the end foreign investment pulls out or doesn’t come, there is sufficient left and nothing changes and the country doesn’t move forward. Amazing when the business starts to get going how everyone is then found to be a fault and everything needs addressing.some of it Chris, some of it the directors?? Overall everyone suffers, businesses suffer in order to meet the greed of a few, same old stuff | gtfc1
31/7/2020 14:32 | it's big shame FAUX lying to shareholders for years | tqn16
31/7/2020 14:31 | and this courts not have anything to do with Malisheva but three other quarries my freind. | tqn16
31/7/2020 14:14 | The links don’t work and i can’t say who’s at fault, I have no idea. It’s a legal case that fox believe they have confidence they can win, the quarry has now gone, if the two directors wish to now manage it themselves I guess they can as fox aren’t now looking for the quarry they are looking for compensation for the law not being followed and then they’ll go off and quarry elsewhere. The quarry is gone, they are moving on and interesting now how they can manage one quarry, block marble only or slab by using a third party? A document signed to say I can buy XYZ? If I can’t why? If I can’t who will enforce and if the government won’t then who next. I understand now Kosovo has a different PM and he is far more ligit that any that came before which must always be positive for a country | gtfc1
31/7/2020 13:32 | FAUX are the ones the muddy water at this moment. Please find name of these so called quarry directors and put them on here so we can see what FAUX means. and then also see at this photo show that FAUX with Civil and Criminal court directed for three Kosovo quarries: hxxps://ibb.co/CvpT3 hxxps://ibb.co/pKhMC hxxps://ibb.co/JRfyH | tqn16
31/7/2020 12:29 | Mentioned by Chris that two former directors of the quarry are no longer working for fox. I don’t know there names, can find out but I think they obviously owned the rights ,legal stance on the quarry before fox In acted their right to buy at which point the directors said no. Both feel they have followed legal process, both feel the other has done wrong, fox feel the government then hasn’t also followed process and in Kosovo there is an agreed mechanism to review and decide. Big difference between civil and criminal, if some are suggesting fraud to muddy waters or as a defence to the case then irrespective of arbitration this should be settled by the police and already be in play | gtfc1
31/7/2020 08:52 | gtfc1, yes but who is this so called 2nd director you mention as you must relise FAUX never talk about 2nd directors. Look like FAUX lying in nice way regarding fact criminal charge was sent many weeks ago and these criminal charge are directed for the three Kosova quarry and not one my freind. | tqn16
30/7/2020 21:56 | I doubt the court in U.K. can actually make the government pay, of course they can’t. What they can do is set down a decision based on the evidence presented to them following all the legal laws agreed by Kosovo, if they then decide not to pay they are pretty much going against what they have signed up to. In regards the lost quarry with two former directors there is also obviously little love lost, fox are disputing and claim stock marble is theirs and the quarry is infact there hence the U.K. case. The former directors have their case to prove what they want is legal and fox are not correct, hence I guess comments above about illegal activities. Who’s wrong? Who knows each to their own. We shall see. Chris hasn’t announced legal charges against him nor given that impression | gtfc1
30/7/2020 20:17 | Fines talking here is very big deal for Kosovo. But can Arbitrator make Kosova pay when it is proved FAUX marble was built on Fraud crimes and big organised crime? (as so called 2nd former director mentioned claims as such). Very interesting how Criminal Charge for FAUX were sent to Judges in Kosovo many weeks before and FAUX well aware but FAUX still lying and tricking with the so called angry 2 former directors... | tqn16
30/7/2020 15:14 | it can’t legally get bogged down. The Kosovo process is exhausted it has now gone to an independent arbitrator which fox have chosen as being the U.K. the court will decide, decision is final. If government choose not to pay then the legal doc they signed up to is invalid from then on and they could do this. Comes down to legal decision and whether government wish to follow their own, signed up for rules. New PM is more ligit than the last 10, may wish to settle out of court further down the process ??? | gtfc1
30/7/2020 15:02 | gtfc1, I would seriously doubt the Kosovan government would want to pay "tens of millions" in compensation, it's not a big place so that would represent a decent sum pf money, IMO. You might expect them to try and guide the court process in their own country first, to prevent the international action. It could get bogged down for years in court disputes. | andy
30/7/2020 14:47 | That’s not true. Orders are excepted with very specific credit or advance payment terms, very little given out in advance. Litigation is against a government that can afford to pay 10s of millions which to fox might be a lot but not to them. Kosovo must pick its battles, must decide does it wish to become a huge exporter of marble and bring in millions more or stay the same | gtfc1
30/7/2020 14:38 | all we need now is confirmation of receipt of payment when goods supplied. some people have posted here that the country isn't able to pay any compensation if won by us . hopefully the company carrying out the work in the square has ! | haroldthegreat
30/7/2020 08:00 | Life in the old fox yet or more of the same. Will let others decide. | glennborthwick
28/7/2020 08:52 | Looks like someone else has seen a different light and hence the share price improving with the one million share sales still going through. I think Chris is written within legal docs shared as they are in a full dispute with two ex directors who they believe illegally took over their quarry to buy, hence the litigation case now against Kosovo as they didn’t enforce the law. Not unusual when you do this to get nasty comments and people from the other side trying to destroy your name especially if you have done wrong? CG seems very confident, not costing the business any cash as no win, no fee basis, Chris said the quarry didn’t look to be working yet and they were in dispute for the quarry marble stock which they still believe is theirs. I’ve been invested long time, no pressure to sell and at a loss anyway. Litigation win they hope will be in the tens of millions and share buyback to distribute cash! Also fox is in the best shape ever, they’ve realised project based, specific projects pays better, delivery and timings are better than simple takeoff agreement that rely very much on the customer turning up. It’s going to be a good year ahead, can’t get any worse and someone else thinks so and is buying !! Good luck. | gtfc1
24/7/2020 13:18 | Miton seem to be seeing the light?? Selling down - Must be taking a big long bath - Could be more to go - Miton UK Microcap Trust PLC down from 4.28% to 3.44% (all imo) | pugugly
22/7/2020 15:01 | Over 2 million shares dumped at 1.55p - Someone losing faith (imo) Either a screaming buy at this level or salvage what you can - Must confess no idea which way to jump. | pugugly |
