you hear theys a take over going ahead clocktower i hope its a three pound a share m buy out i would think all sell today so some one es filling a big order or mm no news is on way and moping sell s as they no thay can sell higher or a take over by the own er no one could take this as he own,s 29% of company

Unlikely. Outlook not great, but a good company medium term. Had some shares in this about 10-12 years ago, in the early days of Flying Flowers success. It's all gone a bit ex-growth since!

Results were poor. Dividend cut says it all in 2008. Gone ex-growth here for the time being. May buy some if this drops further, as I think it will in this environment.

These things can take a year or more to come to court if they are not settled I understand.

I understand it is about the data base. This could cost one party or the other a lot of money I guess. Legal costs alone might be very high.
