If New Jersey does adjust their tax rates ... 1.5 years from now, it will further cripple the competition. I suppose it depends how much market control the few remaining big dogs have, and if they have enough power or leverage to lobby against the proposed tax amendment by that time. A lot can and will happen between now and then. Right now, I just have my sights set on Aug 9th.

FanDuel increases iCasino market share after product enhancements

According to Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, product enhancements have helped FanDuel increase its online casino market share in New Jersey.

At the national level, the FanDuel online casino stands in third place, trailing BetMGM and DraftKings.

Bad News

New Jersey might adjust tax rates when it reauthorizes (Due by 31 Dec 2023) online casinos

According to Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, New Jersey is considering changes to advertising rules and a higher tax rate when it votes to reauthorize its online casino law.

Another stonking set of numbers for FD in NY. W/E 24/4, FD handle 43.4%, revenue $21.2m- 58.1%. I'm not getting much sustenance out of the share price, I guess this will have to do.

I quoted post 1798 there for all to see...I think there will now be a step change away from expansion only. Any states can now be easily self funding now NY and Louisiana onboarded in the Q. Huge volume of new accounts will provide a profit base for ever for the USA pathway to divvis etc must come soon, no excuse, Covid has gone there is NO excuse not to restart (& forget the review that will happen anyway)

The US revenue in Q4 21 was the highest in the company. That will show an even bigger jump in Q1 22. EBITDA positive in 2023 for FD is still the message. How will it be a game changing update exactly?

I don't think DKNG can recover from the stupid way they have run their business. Clearly they dug themselves a hole with over promoting and buying into the "grab the real estate" mentality because their product is not good enough to hold onto the real estate. FD has such a clear product advantage and has been smarter in how they spend their $. DKNG is a buyout for a smart operator that can change their culture of spending...

DKNG is set to report their earnings/Revenue this May 06. Earning estimates look grim. (-1.11) . Might be fun to pickup sub $10 if you think they could be profitable in the future. Ouch.

Massachusetts, Kansas,Maine,Ohio up next to be added in 2022. Texas has an ambassador in O'Rourke. Florida will have some kind of compromise settlement. We will see almost every state lineup to make money from this cash bonanza. And then maybe in 2023/2024 California could figure itself out. Numbers out for NY last week soon!

Yes, NY is making DK nervous. DK has not entered in Ontario. FD is eating everyone’s lunch. DK is going under $14.

FD really is destroying the competition in NY. For the w/e 17/04 FD had 42% of handle, but the revenue number of $22m is 66% of the week's GGR. That marks 100 days that NY has been open and for FD it's been a superb start.

Until macro situation improve, stock price will not move up significantly. There is a war going on in Europe, inflation is highest in 30-40 years both in Europe & US. Polls showing that people will reduce amount of money they bet.

It is a time when companies meet or exceed expectations & also guide for higher expectation, the stock moves up hardly. If numbers miss top and/or bottom line then stocks are going in free fall. See Tesla & Netflix

Hope Flutter numbers r nothing but excellent or it may go to 60GBP easily. DK making 52 wk low every day

The peer to peer is brilliant and the future of growth for PokerStars. People enjoy “one on one” battles and its my expectation that this development will be huge for the PokerStars brand itself. Poker has been on decline as other forms of risk appear yet the aspect of poker enjoyed by playing against small groups at a time is what this sports betting variant will provide to bettors in their next experience. I see this stock basically stuck for a while, until they provide guidance for 2022 with updates on profitability for FD and the impact of acquiring the two new assets. If we can avoid a half billion write down in 2022, it should be a massive cash-flow positive year and should lead to dividends being re-instated.
