It's true that Sisal may be the kicker- The company has been doing fantastic as of late.

"Sisal was praised as having “performed strongly since the transaction was announced,” with year-on-year growth of 58 per cent in revenue to £402m and 51 per cent in EBITDA to £120m during the first half of 2022."


The Short interesting in Flutter Entertainment is relatively low, as of right now.

i think we are seeing short covering. with both new acquisitions in the books, the guidance will increase substantially, and Sisal alone may be the kicker that turns Flutter into a positive profit scenario, plus with FD performance coming close to break even (and maybe even already there), I believe the market sees that Flutter is on its way to a much nicer 2023 growth rate.

There will be some M&A activity soon before the values go way back up. The market in US cannot support all of the current players. Some will fall.

DKNG has gained 56.2% & FLTR 11.4% in last 1 month. Both lost about 23% in last 6 months. As per all numbers, FLTR is way ahead of DKNG in US support betting market.

actually that's how I hope to see it too. Flutter is hurting itself by not having a proper US listing and instead and OTC one that no family office or fund can put money into, and then you get many funds not being able to invest overseas or 401K accounts too.

I agree, although.. I'd love to see Flutter, as a whole company, being listed on the US exchange. Then, start ramping up PokerStars in a few more states as well as taking advantage of their other verticals as well.

i truly believe that 2023 will be the year of the FD IPO, perfectly timed as the valuations in the market recovers, with so many states being in the game in the USA.

Not really seen options going forward discussed after decision. If Fox pick up 15pc that will boost coffers by 2bn lowering debt & triggering immed divvi etcIf Fox decline they own nothing so good as well Any viewsnb DK up 15pc on results that will not be as good as FD....& no move here

Flutter issued an update on the situation in its annual results this morning (1 March), saying that both sides had continued talks aimed at determining whether an agreement could be reached before a hearing date on 20 June.

“While those discussions have been productive, and have advanced materially, it remains unclear at this time as to whether agreement can be concluded,” Flutter said.

If there is no agreement, the hearing will go ahead, and the arbitrator will make a binding decision in the third quarter of this year.

The arbitration started last year, although was put on hold while both sides held talks earlier this year. It was the hearings that took place in June. I recall that flutter were expecting the decision to be published by the autumn. Unless both sides agree to settle at any point before then of course.

the arbitration with FOX started on june 20th. we are almost two months out. I have to believe it has a limit date. Does anyone have more info?
