Australia... just awful

Overall as a group, not bad.. not bad at all given todays market.
Strong growth in Average monthly players in every location(barring Australia)
Uk&Ireland showing modest YoY% increases
US&International are the show winners here

Agree, adding to the challenge is overall US market looks to open negative. Crypto crisis, midterm election results, poor disney earnings - all weighing on the market today. I take it as a win if flutter can hold up this week.

Q3 results not great for US division. FD market share dropped from 51% to 42% from Q2 to Q3. Modest 11% user growth. Went from Q2 profit to Q3 loss, albeit this was likely expected due to seasonality. While FY22 revenue guidance improved, ebita loss guidance remained unchanged. Expected results from california yesterday doesn’t help today.

International results don’t help the stock, based on continued downtrend.

Main positive news and silver lining preventing the market from punishing the stock is the Fox arbitration ruling. It could be much worse.

Look forward to hearing more on FY23 outlook on the earnings call.

Nothing there to scare the horses. The 1.5% increase in interest rates for its debt in 2023 is not unexpected.

Tombola today downloads up to 3 & 4 in apple league table for Casino & Bingo. Were 10 & 11 at takeover then slipped lower. Looking strong and for first time ever ahead of ex market leader in field of 888. Decent progress

just people protecting themselves in case there is a reaction similar to what happened to DK last week when their losses were more than expected. People are NOT rewarding sales that are often bought through acquisition. They want to see organic profitability.

Holy smokes, they did!
Flutter Entertainment (OTCMKTS:PDYPY - Get Rating) had its target price boosted by Morgan Stanley from £158 ($182.68) to £166 ($191.93) in a research report issued to clients and investors on Monday.

Beat my target by 3 points... i'm okay with that though :)

Analysts at Morgan Stanley called the arbitration outcome a "net positive" for Flutter, adding that it adds clarity to the future shape and ownership of FanDuel. The analysts also lifted their price target for Flutter to 16.000p from 15.800p.

ARJA, totally on point, specially with the earnings date this coming Friday and then the FD Investors day the following 16th Thursday. If earnings are near what are expected or higher, then indeed, the show will be a good one in a dropping market. Imagine if the tide joins us?

I just noticed this share as I look for shares where NO stamp duty is payable as great for trading with £3 commission each side :) . The chart looks interesting but I notice it can change direction quickly when viewing intra day chart . I know nothing much about fundamentals but comments above suggest they are not so good ! have I read it incorrectly ? Ahmed says results due out on friday and sometimes a share will run up to results day .

Glad to see an early positive reaction, considering DraftKings dropped 28% after reporting earnings on Friday. Enough reason for investors to be cautious and wait to hear flutter’s Q3 earnings results this Friday. Investor Day also coming up on 11/16.

WH: Yes, FanDuel Group is a parent subsidiary of Flutter, includes TVG and excludes FoxBet. Also, there is no such listing for Fanduel, only Flutter. The US OTC listing (PDYPY) is an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) for Flutter shares.

Apart from the 50/100m ad spend now ended abruptlyCompound 5% sounds betterBizarre phrase...IPO of a parent company of FanDuel etc...Does FanDuel, TVG etc have a parent company under a all US businesses umbrella level under Flutter? (which is already listed so cannot be an ipo in common parlance)
