That month was key for breaking the bear trend. Now that the stock is on a bull-trend and continued statistics look to be in our favor... New highs are to be expected sooner than later.

Paying off their debt and share buy-backs to become more valuable to investors would be inline with their current strategic plans when it comes to excess cash.

Divi is on the table for discussion next year, i wouldn't expect to hear anything more about it until then.
