The New York Supreme Court today ruled in favor of FanDuel, dismissing a $1 billion suit brought by founders of the gaming company. They argued they were not adequately compensated when the sportsbook operator was acquired by Paddy Power Betfair in 2018.

While its a strong partnership and ESPN owning 5% of Draftkings shares...I still wouldn't buy Draft.. Their future estimate earnings/revenue( of -0.967 and 429.95M ) ... seem like a risky play still, even at $16.

Whereas, flutters future estimates/revenue (133.28/391.97B)

haha, well it could be a leek. More likely, it's the result of the UK reversing their decision (on a horrible and ill-advised tax cut) - resulting in the pound becoming stronger and therefore liftng the markets back up.

The entire global markets are seeing a strong boost today

In a report distributed on Monday, research analysts at JPMorgan Chase & Co. increased the price target they had previously established for Flutter Entertainment (LON: FLTR), as reported by Bloomberg.com. The previous price objective was £128 ($154.66), but the new price objective is £136 ($164.33), an increase from the previous price objective. The stock is currently rated as “overweight221; by the company, which indicates that the rating is current. According to the price target established by JPMorgan Chase & Co., the company is aiming for a price greater than the 38.12% price at which the stock is currently trading.
