Afternoon rally as usual....Great weekend for the books with Chelsea losing at home on Say & Man U not winning at home on Sunday...Over the pond of the top 5 backed NFL teams only 1 won, 1 draw meaning Bookies up on singles and all multiples sunk....FanDuels, great sign up with monster hotel chain to aid access both to bricks and mortar punters but also to secure Mobile betting access rights wwgen they occur numbers moving further ahead of DraftKing for December

Remarkable figures (Thanks Noujay) regarding Sports Betting app downloads in November were 34 per cent FanDuel and 11 FoxBet. With so much competition, the combined Group going forward next summer nailing 45 per cent between them is outstanding

562m handle, top drawerNote that Week 11 NFL, Nov 19, was the worst weekend for over 2 years for Sportsbooks...All of the top 10 favourites won and the number of parlays (accumulators) that came in was frightening...10 dollar bets to 4 & 5 figure payouts were common (Frankie at Ascot type day) Did well to come in positive with a freak set (and some will have come back in Dec already)

The CMA got comfortable with GVC having around 40% market share of retail. They should be fine with Flutter having a similar market share in online sports betting.

You ignore post 178, even though you wrote it...Not my fault if others pick the organ grinder rather than the monkeyMy data shows Fanduel picking up twice as many customers in the last couple of weeks compared to DraftKings for the 1st time...FoxBet (Stars) has climbed into 2nd place currently, with BetMGM level with a fading DK...Add to both Flutter and TSG this pm

How do you think this will affect progress in the US market, if at all? This was the question I asked. I was asking what holders thought but it does seem as though you are talking to yourself here

Sorry, I was just going by comments such asAccording to previous comments made by Morgan Stanley analyst, betting revenues at the company post-merger would be 50% more than its closest competitor, Bet365. It would also be around double that of GVC, which owns Ladbroke Coral. That much control is frowned upon by regulators in most countries, and the CMA doesn't like for an entity to have more than 25% of any market.AndBefore Flutter can officially acquire TSG, the parent company of PokerStars, it will have to receive approval by regulators in Australia and the U.K. For that to happen, Canaccord Genuity believes it will have to slim down its portfolio, and sees Paddy Power as the best option to let go free. In a memo to The Times out of the U.K., Canaccord called it the "most logical decision."

It won't happen...The Group history/head office/senior staff are Dublin based, PP is going nowhere...I have 18 betting apps. Flutter having 2 in top 7 not even the no 1, is not going to hold it up when entry/competition is easy and readily thereIn fact given time Fanduel may dominate and something may happen that no one has yet speculated a sell off/spin off/listing in the US as the name/business may well not deserve to be hidden...

Not a holder here but an interested party through GAN....quick question guys re the TSG merger. Smart money is on the deal proceeding but with Regulators in UK and Australia perhaps insisting on the group divesting itself of Paddy Power / Betfair . How do you think this will affect progress in the US market, if at all?
