What I don't get is why with Stars up 30 per cent this makes the whole future co worth 1.4bn more than the deal. So The Flutter bit must therefore be a bargain now...

Hi, need to have a look at deal, seems complex as both have deals with outsiders etc. It could be traders thinking that The Stars Group may get a rival bid from a US casino?Be interesting to see how results move one or both before it's sorted next summer

IMS did not move the share price could be because stock has held up quite well in the recent market down turn. Could be 101 things who knows? still a cracking share imho.
