They anticipated early 2022 arbitration decision. Interesting point.

This fox arbitration battle has gotten really interesting with the recent US gambling share market tanking. Fox is being asked if they want to pony up for a company valued at July 2021, which at current market rates could be valued somewhere near 65% lower (at a very high level stab, I took the Draftkings share price at end July 2021 vs today). Is it getting more likely that Fox wouldn't exercise the option, no matter if it was the fastball or arbitrage price?? Really interesting how it will play out

I was just wondering, what will stop other US States & Canadian Provinces to insist same deal as NY. If NJ also wants same deal as NY, what will gamming companies do. Just asking

Cheap as chipsNY, all 4 players, 17.9m transactions 2nd weekend compared to 17.2 for the first. NJ also up so good news all round nice bonus taken up by 120k NY punters of a free 50 bucks in addition to their risk free opening. Why bother with a divvi for shareholders when you can fund 6m plus to new US account holders?Good for the long term maybe, for the very patient

1.2M & 890K figures are for all 4 new gaming companies or FD only.

If it is total bettors and if total transaction were 16.4M, that means each bettor was putting average 14 bets. Is it the norm?

Cannibalisation may be visible in coming months as NY bettors feel more comfortable with system in NY

NY data showing 1.2m accounts opened over opening weekend, 890k new to betting ie not NJOnly 10pc previous NJ bettors however some key transaction data shows NJ transactions levels actually higher for both of the 2 weekends after NY opened than the 2 beforeSo, cash cow NJ fears of cannibalisation looking unfounded FanDuel could well be looking at a remarkable 1m new accounts in NY in January

Of course you know, someone is selling! What you don’t know (presumably) is why.

A lot of questions about integrating two companies into corporate structure at same time. Costly too. This company will explode in 2022 so I’m not sure why the stock price drop.

solarman - I assume the latest share price drop is a result of a shorter conspiracy too?

The province of Ontario would be a huge win for Flutter. Given that there's already a massive amount of foreign money rolling through the Canadian casinos. It would be far more than just the total population #s. It's generally considered The Hub of Canada. A huge win for Flutter once they dip their toes into that market, also considering that they won't be regulated nearly as strictly as in NY.

NY data looks frightening 17m geofizz hits over the opening weekend, so either app opening or bets will triggerCaesars claim 1m ( they crashed fir 3 hours opening Sat) and Rush less than that and my data shows FanDuel running at 3:2 over DraftKingsLeaves me with FanDuel being responsible for 9m account actions in 36 hours And Gaining these opening day/s accounts is VERY important because of their profileLooking past the opening costs FanDuel and Flutter look set to further dominate the US and the World and a huge rerating is only a matter or time

Interesting that outages at SkyBet have some posters very concerned. I am sure they are on it. A far more important outage was Caesars in NY on opening weekend…yet that hardly gets play here by the two posters. Did someone say “shorts”?

FanDuel have stated they are breaking even on recent States in just under a year. Non US is far earlier with opening bonus match of 10 or 30 compared to up to a bag in the USOngoing small loyalty bonuses are served up to keep accounts ticking over for the lifetime.
