Uncertainty is the big weed, currently represented by the FOX fight. Flutter will never be properly valued until it has a proper US listing, to compete for cash the others. Either that or a huge combo partner in media or land based casino. They simply need either or.

Can someone please explain to me on this board, how big is the issue with Fox in terms of money? As the Kentucky issue was US$0-1.3B & Flutter settled for US$300M.

So how much it will hurt to Flutter stockholders, if decision of arbitration goes against Flutter

I must admit solarman that, while I completely agree with you on the Fox situation, I am persuaded by trictracs view that this mooted IPO of a small part of a Flutter subsidiary is not going to happen. It struck me as extremely odd when it was first announced - something that had been cobbled together to try and force a valuation of FanDuel but with a complete absence of detail as to what a small part actually meant or what the timescale was to be. Since that first announcement Matt King has resigned and Flutter have relegated to keeping a partial IPO 'under review' I hope to be proved totally wrong on this but I still think reaching a compromise with Fox is our best way of putting a much needed rocket up the share price

Funny wont win the race here. The big weed in the garden is the fight with FOX. As NY gets online and more states work with FLutter, you will see a huge upside on the stock, leading to the FD IPO sometime this spring. THey are teed up, just waiting on the arbitration decision. Meantime, they are definitely an attractive buy out for a cash heavy media and land casino enterprise….enter Sands/Fox into the picture?

Is that £200 total or a la la land price per share?

There will be no court case. Glad you eventually agree. No explanation yet from you yet though what marketing, databases and targeting criteria have to do with the situation, despite the public apology made by FLTR. Perhaps they were, in your opinion, ignorant too ?

its why you need publicly visible US-based leadership. So far, am unimpressed with the New FD CEO. Where was she when the NY results were announced?

New record for Penn @ 776m handle for the month. More importantly FanDuel online hold was 19m out of total hold of 37m, more than 50pc of hold Vs 11 rivals. Remarkable outturn here and NJ given 3 punter friendly weeks in a row for the first time in 5 years

I've done this twice now. Stars hit a high and I didn't sell, Flutter hit near 170 and I didn't sell. Next time we come near analyst guidances, I am selling, then investing in the next Rivian, unless by then the FOX thing is resolved and FD has been partly IPO'd. The reality is the only way to unlock value is a part selloff to the market of your most prized and undervalued possession which can be compared to DK and others in the US listings. Its a mature market outside of USA and a newbie market inside the USA, lending to different perceived valuations.
