It's true, the US exchanges have a habit of pushing stocks well above their fair market value.


With the H1'2024 Earnings estimates @ 287 -There's room for the US listing to drive home that point well above and beyond fair market value, compared to the London exchange having the habit of being a bit more reserved.

Earning Forecasts look exponential all the way to 2026 (Take that with a grain of salt)

Earnings :: 161.283 (64% increase over H1'22) - Given that the shareprice has risen from the 80's to 150ish. This value has likely already been factored in to the share price.

Revenue :: 468.463B (38% increase over H1'22)

Overall,a positive for the company.It simplifies matters and,as mentioned,removes cica $ 60 million of losses from the Flutter balance sheet.
Obviously,they are losing the link to the Foxbet brand but they can focus more on FD.

FoxBet was a loss and it’s good that flutter is closing money losing initiatives. As long as they have access to that customer base, they will find ways to make more money with them than FoxBet ever could.

That is encouraging “White House”. My principal worry is that the low handle across the market in existing states over last 6 (approx) weeks may reflect the winding down of crazy promo offers. Great for shareholders to see them fading but perhaps the total handle was previously inflated by them (which seems logical as I’d like a bet that can’t lose for $1k - sadly not available on my side of the pond)

Remarkably 4 hours after my post yesterday Jason Robins @ DK posted a tweet talking about the robust results of existing States @ 80% up in Q1 and them being not over reliant on new openings...He has since deleted the post as within a week of their results had far too much market sensitive info. Not before it was screenshotted & noted sending them up 3% on the open

All new growth in igaming is being taken by FD & DK whereas BetMGM remains very flatDK numbers are out a week tomorrow and will surprise a few. Flutter the week after will add to the strength in the sector

The FD EBITDA loss margin for H1 22 was 12.5%, and 7.5% for H2 22. Q1 23 FD revenue was boosted by a favourable cable rate, but that has reversed from Q2 23.
