Faz, I'm in the laymen camp as well. Looking at various states figures over the last few months, my hunch is DK is gaining market share, who from I can't say. DK are firmly established as the no 2 in the market, partly due to others opting out of chasing market share when a new state launches. I don't expect FD to maintain a 50% market share, however they are in a enviable position to deliver for shareholders.

DK picking up market share. FD have spent far more than them on promos in Maryland this year. Can't see them chasing handle in NY. Has their app/tech improved.

I can’t wait until we have news on the US listing . It’s gonna pop like we’ve never seen. Many won’t wait until LISTING DAY as they know that when Americans and their family offices can buy in, it could be time to sell some and take profits .

Interesting developments in Florida in last couple days. Looks like the ruling that set up huge obstacles and years delay/tribe opposition etc has been overturned and things MAY be moving forward to a online sports possibility although lots of rules and meetings are undoubtedly to come before hope May turn into reality. Would be numero uno by a long chalk if reality

The key metric is actually revenue (hold) after promotional expenses IMO.

Looks like DraftKings has gone big on promotions in NY chasing turnover but not incrementally revenue positive.

as fan duel has partnerships with tribes in many states, this can only be positive. we shall see if Supreme Court accepts the appeal. California will get more interesting if so.

We see a come back today with the CFL Announcement and the general market expecting a softer job market in USA.

News on Tuesday DC circuit court ruling in favor of Hard Rock tribe in Florida confirming no prohibition for bands to use hub n spoke to provide state wide online sports betting. Will have knock off on other states. Will be appealed to US Supreme

White goods/electrical retailer Curry's spooked the market by questioning the consumer cash levels going forward and notably surprisingly pulling their divvi. A 125k seller, no buyback, no divvi and a lack of a trading update for 3 months & US launch info radio silence leave the price vulnerable on a down day with US futures down also
