14/1/2018 10:52 | The price at IPO was terribly cheap, one of the rare cases when the stock market give a gift to people. I consider a fair ipo price 5£. So the calculation that we see on internet were the stock is +1,100% from ipo insane is right and wrong at the same way, the price was a steal, it's cause of it that the stock rose +1100%. Not because is a bubble. | orissander

12/1/2018 09:45 | 7 Nov 2017 - Shares in Fever-Tree rose 12 per cent on Tuesday after the posh tonic water company upgraded forecasts for the fifth time in a year, indicating it expected full-year sales to be “materially ahead” of market expectations. The share price was up 250p at £22.11, a stellar rise from the £1.34 when the drinks ... | christh

12/1/2018 00:10 | mauriceApologies, my mistake, boo not reduced uk sales, meant yoy drop in Boo brand margins......it's late!.Sorry for OT.DD | discodave4
11/1/2018 23:58 | mauriceDid read the Boo results first thing and the decline in margin, reduced UK sales and no outlook statement may have been the reason for the drop IMO, highly rated stocks have zero wiggle room, they have to nail everything or else they get punished.....so yes the same could happen here, but believe it won't for the reasons previously posted, but wtfdik.Don't mind you wanting a dip to buy, who doesn't, don't mind shorting either come to that, each to their own and good luck.DD | discodave4
11/1/2018 23:07 | maurice Apparently 0.3 per cent is in significant, but hey look at this RNS where a company increased their holding by 0.05%. Seriously? Lol. That was an example of someone selling and someone buying. The thing is it was reported as it was an increase of their shareholding You do not hear of companies who buy but they own just under 3% so they do not have to inform the stock exchange or the company of their holding. Fevertree operates in a niche market,it established itself and is going places in fact 58 countries last year and growing. Boo' s market is difficult fighting with many well known brands. Good luck to you. | christh
11/1/2018 22:36 | Yeah I agree about all those difference DiscoDave, was thinking that if the market is less prepared to pay for growth then it could dip, especially as I'm reading bond yields are rising so risk tolerances are reducing. Boo got hammered on stellar results so there may be an opportunity here (may, I said may before anyone gets all defensive about their holdings). The other things to consider, in my opinion, Boo's addressable market is probably bigger and they have less net market share so more space to grow into. And it's easier for Boo to stand up a new brand if one of them stops working. Both companies have a lot of potential, gutted I didn't get in here early enough but got my first lot of Boo at 26.9p (edited, misremembered) so there's no need for tears - there's plenty of good companies to go around. Apparently 0.3 per cent is in significant, but hey look at this RNS where a company increased their holding by 0.05%. Seriously? Lol. | mauricemonkey |
