Got a bit thin on this weighting recently so accumulated in the 2350's to grow obese.
That's 50p to my TP with a TU next week.
I expect it to "materially" exceed expectations ... whatever the former are or the latter for that matter (i.e. I am clueless as to the future)!

I hope at least a 30£ takeover price. less will be really disappointing.

Christh is nice and quiet on my screen. Just blank as he's filtered! Loving the movement today. Although it will be very sad if we T/O is below 4000 having been in since 400. Also just to add I bought FT from Morrisons yesterday. A year ago FT not to be seen... now a huge end of aisle displays. A very happy Friday to all - and let's hope much FT to be consumed this weekend!

They haven’t commented on the price move because as of now there isn’t one !

They have not denied it, so it must be true? Don't you think.

There's no smoke without fire.

It's coming....

A great opportunity to make big money.
Unilever will take this for £28 easy peasy.

A money spinner, cash cow.

So expect the rns soon or later.
Fevr have not commented about the price move so its definetely coming, definetely the offer is on the table!.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but I am, that a newspaper article that could have been copied off a bulletin board, can produce a £4 jump in the sp-and attract buyers at that price!!
Wonder if christh works at the Telegraph?
;-)

Villarich
what's ambitious?

Is the company a high growth company?
Does it deliver?
Is it run well?

Then Unilever sees a great opportunity to boost its profit margin and improve its sales then is worth £28 (£25+10% or 12%).

My local Waitrose hasn't had any canned packs in there for over two weeks. Most strange as they have bottles. The empty shelves are being filled by their own tonic and other premium brands such as Fentimans which I now prefer. Beginning to wonder if they have a canning problem.

Given the share price has fallen back from opening and has settled at £23.50ish, I think £25 is ambitious today. Are you a seller when it gets to £28 and you've made your 12%?

It will be closing above £25 today.
It seems Unilever will Buy this for £28.

The rns will come out on the 24 January "that a bid for takeover has been offered by Unilever" in my opinion!!

I don't have a price target. I don't believe in them when holding for the long term. I'll hold this share until I either need the cash or the story changes.

What do I say now? Please don't pretend that you are in some way right. Let's remember you're still a good few percent down where as the rest of us who have been here a while are benefitting from lower entry points. I say I'm buzzing the share price is moving today and I'm even more in profit. I never usually boast but your moronic posts about people being shorters makes me.
