Completely missed the morning drop but added a few @ 108.
Granto I'm sure yesterday I read that we're placing approx xxxxx amount, to me that reads the seller is happy with the amount sold.

hey the vultures bought in at best deal price of 110p. If you can get onboard cheaper than them you are a pro. and hey, you didn't even have to pay for the due diligence report that JP Morgan would have had to generate. I added at 104p. Wasn't intending to add having sold at 119p and 120p and some at 114p. Nothing has changed here. ok they free float has expand but we also have II onboard. The market got spooked by this, but there is no 'placing of new shares'. There is no dilution. It is not really a secondary placing in the classic sense, but rather a large shareholder making a placing with JPM. Technically its a secondary placing. It wasn't over subscribed. Ouch. But they got 90% sold. It is actually a prudent move by the seller. It means he can buy back in or support a cash raise if one is needed next year. The CEO should consider doing the same. any explain why. its a hedge against a iron ore price collapse. Ferrexpo could need money.

I've bought another tranche, last one.

This doesn't affect shares in issue, a 27p fall is a bit over the top.

Buyer knows he cash desperate, knows he has another 11%, knows he will have to sell in 91 days time. ......turning the screw....leads them to think "x" while all the time only intending to buy "y"

Wigmore Sells Smaller Than Expected Stake In Ferrexpo (ALLISS)

What did that mean? That they couldn't sell as many as they wanted or they decided to sell less?

This is clearly not a right issue placing but a placing by an existing investor to trim their holding..

They've shaken the tree. Fantastic volume. Weak holders are out. They'll be buying back higher soon.
