I'd hazard a guess this arm of the business could be sold off eventually once any potential restructuring is announced. There's also been no contract news announced for a very, very long time.

Hope they have been able to pay HMRC , i rememer one division secure stormit had some issues in not being able to pay.

"These are mainly due to HMRC where a deferred payment scheme has been agreed and is in place."


doesnt inspire confidence

if you fail to make payments in line with the agreed schedule, HMRC will cancel your arrangement and may add additional penalties.This can eventually lead to severe legal action such as a enforcement order notice or winding up petition.

Ive just had a look at the acoounts for securestorm to see whether that particular aspect was addressed, Iit appears that it hasnt as the creditors position is large.
