agreed, I sense this is heading back to 6p which seemed to be the "level" position IMO graph wise previously. Good insti support, now for management to show they are delivering, then we can head higher than that....DYOR

" going nowhere fast " .. ?Up 9% on small volume , what happens when the next Fund steps in or indeed SWI?There is nothing more comforting than when the shorts are panicking,Let us see by Friday , the three new funds will have doubled the money and for them , this is just the beginning. The village shorts should pool together and send someone to SA so they can hear SWI and FLX presenting , you might have to fly Economy back!!!

Yep, pretty disappointed with their lack of progress. This company is going nowhere fast.

ALL IMO DYOR

IMO Heading back under 3p. With the cash raised and no mentions of cyber breakeven by 2019 in the midterms, I expect no more talk or news flow from the company until they need more cash.
Starting around March 2019 when they will begin talking about the next transformation something or other or the next wonder product and then 200,000,000 issue @2p in May 2019.

As always I hope I am wrong.

Perhaps you should pay close attention to the rules of reporting FY results on the LSE.The numbers was up to 30/9, so this was the only order the could report , between the partnership being announced and end of financial year.Since then it has been indicated the monthly revenue stream will substantially higher and this is obviously because of several similar orders will be announced in due course.Post presenting jointly in SA as wellOne would expect a further RNS in Q1

Your posts have been most amusing to read and I am sure your followers will be asking shortly , why did you not spot this .Just to help you along not looking a complete laughing stock in the very near future , apart from the fact they have some very well know specialist micro cap fund managers on board and the fact your little village club 30 min to work holding RNS was of significance , hence the 25% move , more importantly , you are referring to the order from SolarWinds representing 60/ over three years , perhaps

If that were the case, then they have been lying and Solarwinds have nothing to offer their clients in the way of monitoring supplied by FLX.

In which case Solarwinds are a very strange business, promoting nothing to their clients and FLX have not moved any of their existing clients to Midgard, despite saying that they have.

Seeing as you joined the board in June with a 'get involved' post and have now changed to a negative view, I think you need to reassess (cough) your researching capabilities, whether you're invested or not.

How do they have a SOC with only half a dozen people? Not sure you know your onions Yump?!Prob explains why they have negligible sales in security monitoring.

I'm not a fan of FLX, but they do have an SOC and a workable product, so that statement of yours is not true.

Also, the network of MSPs is not to 'make anything' out of the tie-up. Its the whole point of it, as Solarwinds sell into that market.

All IMO DYOR

I assume that negotiations for such a big deal would have taken many weeks so may have been well under way at the time of the investors conference.
Thankfully I alway take any companies forward comments with a large dose of salt.

I still expect an increase in the number of share available to 1,000,000,000 soon and another issue to buy this or that.

Fundamentally nothing has changed the company continues to burn cash at a high rate and expecting solar winds to solve all of the issues here seems silly.
As alway the hard figures tell the tale and the midterms were IMO dreadfully or has a £0.007 rise of all time lows caused memory problems.

We can all read Yumphttps://www.channele2e.com/channel-partners/msps/solarwinds-mssp-strategy/But I still don't see why this is stellar news for FLX which has no real SOC, no workable product, and now apparently has to recruit a network of SMB MSPs to make anything out of this Solarwinds tie-up.Fluff.

However what will happen is that one or two other specialist small cap funds will re visit this investment proposal as Gervais does have a good following among his peers. On Solarwinds presentation deck, Falanx features nicely and this will be very helpful at their presentations in SA etc.Solarwinds recent IPO out of private equity and research coverage will also highlight Falanx product.Further investor roadshows expected in the UK

Well I hope FLX are not another business that hasn't been able to sell direct, so its incurring high costs trying to reach clients that are 2 steps removed from them, via a partner, while getting smaller margins.

I think it all depends not on FLX, but on how serious Solarwinds are. It appears they have been pretty serious in the US, otherwise they wouldn't have bought out the monitoring business Trusted Metrics.

They also bought out server-monitoring business Pingdom in 2017.

I think the institutions were probably dazzled by the innovation that generated the use of 'new logo' to replace 'new customer'.
